This is my 3rd submission to J2O. Its a single player level using the: “Where Bad Rabbits Go” tileset by Skulg. The tileset and music is included in this zip.
It will most likely be a level in my episode I am working on.

This level has a good layer 4 and 8
not much eyecandy, but enough.
Its looks very nice, no wall bugs or so.
And you maked the most eyecandy in layer 4, nice.
Its not very long, so its a avarage level.
Good tileset use
Good gameplay
Good enemy’s
Bad/avarage size
I make this a 7(.2)

But its really to small.

Ok, let me rate this today:
-the eye candy are good,
-good layout,
-too many enemies,
-too short,
-too easy to deafet the “gaurd”

-at start you are attacked by a Demon which you can’t see before (-0.2)
-Tube is too slow I think but that doesn’t matter (sorry, ‘cause I took points for that at first! Please read the part at the end sun fun dude)
-Guard is spelled wrong (gaurd) :-p (I won’t take points because that can happen to anyone)

Total Rating: Default Rating – Demon “trap” – size + eyecandy + light effects + animations + effort = 5.9 rounded up to a 6

To short. You cant see or realize what is going on at start.
-Eyecandy is good
-some lot of animations
-looks good but if very very short. Make this longer or alot of short levels in a pack.
I don’t recommend for downloading unless you are very bored
I will review this level.
EYECANDY:
Nice!!! The eyecandy of this level is not bad. I see a lot of things too make the level look good like waterfalls off Lava in one off the background layers and in one off the foreground layers good. The lava has good animations. The background also looks good. There is on the background a river off lava good. There are also some sort of cave walls and that looks good in the level and those walls uses different tiles of eyecandy. Also The ambient lightning is really good. Near lave there is flicker light. There are also different eyecandy tiles in the ground. There are also some things i don`t like. The Suckertube looks a little bit buggy. On some places the level looks a litle bit dull. I think that there should be more lava waterfalls in layer 3. Nothing more to tell ya about the eyecandy let`s move on to the next thing.
ENEMY PLACEMENT:
Good!!! The enemy placement is well done in this level. There are different kinds of enemies like Demons, Bats, Ravens, Doggy dog, fencer and a boss. I think that there are too many enemies off a kind. There are not 2 many enemies In the level and not to less. There is one thing why the enemy placement is good and that`s that the enemies are sometimes placed too use there special attack in a good way. Like a demon is hiding behind a lava waterfall and then suddenly attacks you and i had no clue. Also Ravens that you can`t attack without letting them attack you. Last excample is that there is a fencer on a hill. You can`t attack the fencer easy because he jump down to you. There is another excample that i can tell but you know what i mean. The boss fits in the level. I don`t know more too tell about the enemy placement.
ITEM PLACEMENT:
Okay!!! The ammo is well placed there are different kinds of ammo like Bouncers, Toasters, Freezers. There is also a secret powerup but i dind`t found that one. There is a spot where i missed the ammo placement. There is enough ammo of the kinds there are in the level that`s good. The Food is also well placed not too much not too less. The food is not placed on places where it should not bee. There are no gems and carrots that`s not good. Don`t know more too tell ya.
GAMEPLAY:
Normal!!! I wasn`t bored when i played this it was quite fun but there is nothing new in this level. This level is really linear. There are no other ways or just a way for extra goodies or something like that. There is also a place where you need too jump from hook too hook but Jazz, Spazz and Lori can do it with one normal jump. Then you get Platforms too get down. It`s not needed too use the platforms too go down but i think everybody does that because you get ammo then. The hurt events are goodly placed. There is nothing more special in the Gameplay. There are some bugs that makes it less more fun too play. Like those bridges if you`re not carefull you can fall down at the sides. And when you fall down there is nothing so i needed to cheat too get back up. I know that it is not supose that i can fall down there. Also you can fall down next too the suckertube. Thanks too the good enemy, Item placement and the good eyecandy it`s fun too play good job.
OTHERS:
Fine!!! I have too tell ya that the ambient sound effects are really good. Near fire and lava you hear burning fire good. The music fits in the level. The major mistake of the level is that the level is really really short next time make it longer.

DESIGN
Ow! What a horrible design. Everything’s going just negative. And it’s sad and excessive. Not for me but think… There is a story what’s a design, but it could have been better. Nothing new even really.

EYECANDY
I think this is the best point of the level but there still could have been more. A bit over basic. The falling and moving lava everywhere anyways grows these points.

ORIGINALITY
Pretty original idea and custom tileset, custom music but it doesn’t fit the level at all. Well, I don’t take off that point in this section but later. Hmmm, to destroy a crystal like in Tomb Rabbit, destroy croaking crystal. Well, I give it 8 anyways. Nothing new.

GAMEPLAY
Then the worst thing in tha level. It’s really small and easy, it can be done even under 30 seconds if you just run it through. Plus there’s a bridge bug that if you go too close to any edge, you fall to nothingness. Too easy also. Only one level, bah.

STUFF PLACEMENT
Some of this stuff is really weirdly placed. There isn’t any crates and really less even such pickups. Enemies are placed well.

LEVEL RANK: Questionable level (Yes. Now points between 4-4.7 are questionable. I’m trying to make my review-systems better all the time.)
DOWNLOAD RECOMMENDATION: Not necessary. I think this is just some really small example how well the author can make eyecandy, etc. Author should make some fun for the people also, not just…this.
ENDING COMMENTS: So, next time make a big level and I even recommend to make an episode or a level pack, so you will really get higher rating, if you also take care about eyecandy and all that other stuff.

Well J4E I think thats a bit unfair saying not to download unless you are really bored as you know even short levels can be fun.
-I think the tube is too slow (-0.2)”-PHT I don’t think taking 0.2 points off is fair because of a tube. Everyone I’ve shown it to thinks its a reasonable speed, please give reason why a fairly fast tube is too slow? I really think your trying hard to come up with a fault just to make your list bigger.
