My first pocus of little proffessionality, first real remix. Other were compilates. It contains only two melodies – main theme of all Jazzes and second theme of Jazz3 menu music. All melodies are in one sample, nice piano. Other 7 samples are beats ;p. Please, don’t rate it as game music, because this is not. Rate remix. It’s made only for listening. Please download and rate. Enjoy!
Ah, found the last one to go through. A lot different from the ElectroChoir and TubElectra.
The name does not actually fit. This remix is a very calm (the rhytm is hard, but peacful, like in some hip-hop tunes), piano played melody. Here we have the most recognised parts of JJ melodies joined together, in a way that really makes it good. The pattern order is quite monotonious, but still, logical. The JJ1/JJ2 theme could’ve been done better, in some moments it sounds more like church bells than piano… But that sounds too. Not for game, you say? In my opinion, it would be great for Agama’s Heaven or some sanctuary/church tileset. Maybe it’s not a must-have, but it’s really nice, so if you’re looking for something to listen or making a heavenly level, you surely can pick this one.
Well, let me review this :-)
This is a not really short
music file, it looks like
a piano version of the menu song.
Sounds cool don’t you think?
Well, it IS cool but not in
JJ2, I don’t want to hear a
piano song if i am playing JJ2.
But here is a short review of it because i don’t know a music review system for now.
1: Channels
There are a few channels in this song i think, not many background and foreground, but the main channel sounds cool!
2: Tones
Not many tones you hear, you know, piano tones.
3: Time
The time is good, the song is very long but sometimes the same tones.
THE RATING: erm,,, 5.0
It’s nice to listen but not recommed for JJ2 :-/
17 channels used, next time, please, read comment. You gave me 5 only because it’s not for game, what I wrote in comment. Please, don’t do it again.
Holy crap, Danyjel. . . You had something with this one. But then. . .you had to use crappy drums and try and add in the Jazz Jackrabbit main theme without trying to change the notes at all. You have crushed my hopes for you. Get out. Get out now.
Introduction:
An arrangement of the Jazz Jackrabbit 3D title theme which quickly turns rancid. I am so disappointed. . .
Song Analysis:
This song started off so beautifully. . . The little piano thing from the end of Jazz 3D‘s title theme works maverlously in piano. But the way you decided to the rest of the Jazz theme is a sheer disappointment. . . It just does not sound good as it is at all. Do something with that, and maybe you’ll have a winner on your hands.
Sample Analysis:
The piano samples work perfectly. However. . . I. Hate. Those. Drums. Either add in closed and opened hi-hats, or remove the drums entirely.
Final Analysis:
As I said, this is a disappointment. A lot of potential, this one had. But it quickly disintegrates when we hit the Jazz main title theme. . .
Download this, folks. It’s beautiful. . . For the most part. . .
