EDIT- I will rate less harshly if J2O has a “Beginer’s/Simple Single Player” area. Until then, I must rate as fairly as possible(which means I rate like I normally do).
Avid readers of my reviews(that means -1 people) will recall the messy and sloppy review I did on Badger’s “Redwall Abbey” level. That was a level that showed promise, but was too short and too simple. This level is like the latter, but nothing at all like the former. This level has no potential. For added fun play in 300×200, since it really doesn’t matter.
Gameplay-2/10
Too simple and linear. Some triggers add a point since most levels like this don’t use those.
Layout-1/10
Linear, linear paths, and Lizards and turtles placed in simple places. Horrendus.
Placement-.5/10
Sadly, the enemies have no edge over Jazz/Spaz/Lori. The crates/triggers are in no special area either. There was one instance in which the lizards attacked an unsuspecting player who used a trigger crate which was deviously nice.
Eyecandy-1/10
At least you used a layer 5 background, otherwise What eyecandy?
Story-NA/NA
Erm… Some british alternate universe version of Hocus Pocus is attacked by Lizards and Turtles.
Extra Fun-NA/NA Play as Lori and use her sidekick-ish manuver while holding Shift and the jump button, make sure you hit a lizard. WHOOOOOOOOOSH!
Final score-1.125(or 1.1)
Download reccomendation? No, but the british Terexin/Fooruman is good for a quick laugh at how stupid it seems.
Avid Reader count-Is still at -1.
Better than- a Sad beach
Worse than-Redwall Abbey(which recieved a 2.0 from me.)
The number of extra junk in this review to make it seem longer and better-6
