Downloaded it, it’s a relatively small CTF level, with a somewhat cavelike layout, the eyecandy inside the walls is good, but abit repetitive, and the background could really use eyecandy, I understand the tileset is tough and small, but there has to be something more interesting then endless repeating brown diamond shapes. As for the gameplay it really suffers from the tileset’s poor masking, you frequently get stuck on walls and corners. The bases are places symetricaly at the top, with all the power ups at the bottom. The problem with the powerups is that to get the RF you need the bouncer PU, and to get the bouncer PU you need bouncers, which isn’t very practical in a heated battle. All in all, it isn’t the best level out there, but you indeed should continue and perhaps plan the layout more in depth next time.

To start with, I think this tileset is quite hard to use, since the masking isn’t the best and there isn’t much variation in it. When I walk through the level I can see you tried to use all tiles, which is definitely a good thing. Layer 8 is, as Fawful said, quite boring. Try to use layer 6/7 next time for some more exciting background-eyecandy.
About the event-placement. There are huge ammounts of RF’s and bouncies in this level, including the PU’s of those ammo-kinds. The shapes aren’t too original, try to change that in your next level, and some variation in ammo would’ve been nice (some toaster, gun 8 or even seeks). When I walked through the level for the first time, I didn’t even found the bouncy PU, which definitely isn’t a good thing. There is one central Full NRG and two +1 carrots, they are placed well enough and quite fair, I guess.
About the gameplay, well, this tileset definitely doesn’t improve it. I bumped into walls/ceilings a lot. I don’t like the one ways at the central right platform. The start positions are at weird places, quite close to the bases, which can cause annoying recapturing. The level is open and quite vertical, so the idea of putting bouncies and RF’s in this level is good, but perhaps a bit overdone as I said before.
Anyway, nice try and keep trying, since you definitely have some potential!
first things whats ANNOYING =
1. poor mask in tileset
2. bad gameplay and things are to difficult for me.
3. to much “1 color” if i see the yellow ground + the waterfalls, than im become crazy.(maybe u had to choose another tileset)
4.poor eyecandy, no textured background it looks like poor bricked layer 8.
5. uhm, there is only bouncer and RF weapon? how can i have a good gampeplay with this .?
6. bouncer PU is to hidden.
good things =) :
1.its a small lvl for fun, the tiles are good detailed.
2. ammo placement is very well and it cant be fun for dueling or “hyper” instagib :p
3.u choosed a cool musicfile x3!
download recommendation? = no srry its not good enough for me …
but just keep making lvls i hope i made some advice for u ;|.
im sure that there will be a lvl what intrest me very well.

You don’t really need the bouncer powerup to get to the RF powerup. Just use normal bouncers.
Well it seems I’m not too good at making levels yet, but thanks again for the advice!
