It uses carrotus tileset, and it’s full of caves, and not even one dead end :-)
Can people please review this level, it’s my first battle level ever, and the first level I’ve uploaded to J2O, so I’d like some feedback please.
This lvl is..I think good in size, but there are much (too much) unfinnished tiles in it. Just watch the borders and you’ll see what I mean, I also think there is too much ammo in this lvl and I dont like bonusses in a lvl. Anywayz, I can see u spend time on this lvl and the eyecandy isnt even that bad so, a small 5..
The tileset was pretty much used properly, and the level isn’t ugly. Unfortunately, the layout needs work and the flow could be improved. One thing that greatly damaged the score was the fact that there are dead ends. I hate that. For a first battle level though, this is very good.
Monolith would not agree with you two.
Why is that?
This level did start out with way to many unfinished tiles, but he managed to patch a lot of it up (though I did a little more before putting it on the Battle Server). Ammo also was originally too abundant, but that’s been fixed quite well. There are a lot of unexpected ways out of places, but sometimes they can be hard to get to.
Overall, this is a decent level.
