Actually, nowadays the advanced strategy in 2on2/3on3 CTF is that all the players in a team report their health changes. This way a team can better organize their positioning. That is the only extra that could be implemented perhaps.

Description
This mutator is intended for CTF games, where it causes flagholders to automatically send their current health (via teamchat) when they pick up a flag, when their health changes, or when somebody asks them “h?” Automating this saves time and possibly lives.
No other messages, e.g. “r3” or “e2”, are automated because those all require too much guesswork and/or telepathy. But automating the flagholder’s basic health updates gives them more time to stay alive instead of worrying about chatting.
