HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! Yes yes I know I didn’t upload this 00:00am on the dot, but i wanted to make sure it’s new year for everyone! It’s great being in 2002 isn’t it? (heh, i wrote that backwards and i bet none of you noticed! :P). Anyways, for the comments. I can take a guess that this tileset will probarly never be used for a level, but you’ll understand why when you see it. Apart from that, this is the most original (and fun) tileset I’ve ever made! Heck, if you still don’t think that i fell on my head as a baby (and i actually did) then this will prove it! LONG LIVE THE FiShY! I guess I should also mention that this was made 6 months ago, but never got uploaded for reasons you will never know ;)

Well Cool Stuff!!!
i am too lazy have not the time to find every bug in the set or give a professional review so:
You painted many basic tiles that are uhm funny.(I hate fishes btw)
and err the normal things like suckertube , vine , destruction scenery aso… You also choosed fishy colors and big eyes and a really cool bg !!
THe lvl is also good as example lvl

I like fishes, but this tileset is small, boring and impossible to create very good and interesting levels with. Still I’m giving it a 5.7 because I like fishes, it’s an original tileset and the few things in the tileset aren’t badly drawen.
I hope you’ll continue making good tilesets soon. Alien Homeland was your best tileset so far, why don’t you create more tilesets like that?

Pretty small tileset. Goo-looking, but small. The idea is nice – playing around on fishies is funny. Yessss. But the tileset is actually pretty boring, cos there is hardly any eyecandy (NO, you cannot call the regular building blocks eyecandy, no matter how beautiful they are :D). People might want to try this, maybe not. I dunno. Taste varies, and I like chickens better :D. a 6.7.
I explained to Disguise already about this set in his server. “In our world, we choose tuna over spam.” :P

Nice tileset, typical Disguise style (evil and really good). It looks good, although I have to agree with Cracco on the fact it might be a bit hard to use. There could be more eyecandy tiles (some foreground and background stuff, like little fishies and so on)but otherwise i has everything needed. Good tileset.
Well it seems i am the exact oppisite to cracco who unfortunatly hates and despises disguises work possibly due to jealousy i love his works and btw this level is perfect it stops all those evil people (namely cell hehe) from putting millions of tiles of eyecandy in the level so you cant see where your going. :P Oh and this tile is ment for fast paced action like ctf not little story levels like “survivor”. and i’ve tried it, it looks hard to use but is really quite easy.

Another great looking tileset from Disguise.
Of course, it’s true that this isn’t going to be the most used set you’ll ever see, but in spite of comments claiming that it is next to impossible to use this set, the moment I saw it I thought “gee, this would be great for…” (no stealing my ideas ;) )
The background graphics are nice, and the other graphics fit together pretty well. Not very much eye-candy, really, but I can think of a couple of things which this set could be used for, and I’m sure any imaginitive person could do the same.
So, I’m gonna give this one an 8, just because it looks beautiful and it isn’t quite so useless as you might think.

Fishyness! Whoo! This is a nice tileset with eyes, fishyness and fishystuff. Don’t forget to mention the stuff. The tileset has cool stuff for layer 7+8 (look at the lev to see what I mean, evil grin) and waterness. Also there’s some tubeness and caveness inside, and even vineness and blockness. Also there’s a example levelness added, and a cool readmeness. Well, six and a halfness! I won’t rate the levelness, cuz it’s uploaded as a tilesetnes and booh. Congratness, Disguisey! First tileset this year!

Tilest in JCS looks kinda ,,simple’‘ but in example level i see that is possible to make a very good level with these.Now,what i DONT like about tilest.Uno:it is a bit hard for medium level maker to make a good lvl.Secundo:It dont contain much Single Player stuff,too bad :p
Now this is what i call strange! The tileset is really cool and original, and the idea is really nice.
But…
I cant really put my fin on it, but there’s something that i didn’t like about it. I dont think this is one of your best, but it’s still good in my opinion. I think ill give this a 7.7, cus 8 is too much, and anything under 7 makes this tileset look bad,
FiShY! is a funky new tileset creation by famous Mr. Disguise and it contains 630 scurfy tiles.
The colours (very “soft”) and the overall impression of this set is not too spectacular, but nevertheless, it’s definitely a solid download.
A lot of fish eyes will stare at you and there is a good selection of useful stuff you can use in your level (numbers blocks, signs, vines, poles and different backgrounds, for example).
As (nearly) always, Disguise included a small example CTF level in the package, mainly to demostrate the qualities of his set. Unfortunately, he didn’t set single player starting points which makes it a bit hard to test for us reviewers. The level itself looks a bit like it was made in a hurry: the design is okay (very open, fluently playable and so on) but the details are not so well-made (bad weapon placement, f.e.). The background layer(s) look quite nice, however (=eyecandy).
By the way: as a background music, Future Crew’s “Fishtro” tune would have been the ultimate choice here in my humble opinion :-)
Conclusion: yes, i recommend you to save a copy of this tileset on your PC. It’s really worth it and i’m sure a few talented levelmakers will try to make some nice maps with it. Esspecially if they…LiKE FiSHiES!!! :-P

Nice backgrounds. I don’t like the fishes, but they’re nicely drawn. Also good drawing On those destrukt blocks.
It has most of the things a good tileset needs, like destrukt sceneries, text and that kind of stuff.

Im not hungry anymore so ill review. The whole tileset makes me laugh, the fish gills, the eyes, the scales. Makes me feel like swimming. Im not very surprised that you got a 7 for a one day job, i got a 6.9 on a 3 day job, which i only worked 45 min-1 hour on my pack each of those 3 days, so……Just because it was rushed, doesnt mean it aint good. It still gets a solid 7 and a download reccomendation from me.

Now this is an original tileset idea :) But anyway it’s quite simple. Even when there’s 630 tiles to use :p
take care that the plural of “fish” is “fish”. Nice tileset, good work, I like FISH too, ex. level is nice. It worths an 9.7
