Maps included are free for distribution, provided that the
contents and names remain completely unchanged and this text
is included since it references me as their creator :P
If you wanna use my maps, ask for permission! Reach me thru

Installation is easy, copy and paste the contents of the zip
file into your game folder, and run Illusions2. The levels are
only playable with the TSF version of the game, due to the
limitations of the 1.23 engine.
* * * NOTE: This pack uses a custom boss1 music file. It will
replace the original, so first make a backup copy.

2. Foreword
================================================================
This is a pack that has been in the works since early 2007, and
its still not entirely complete. Originally I was going to have
3 "episodes" and a well developed storyline, but I only got
around to finishing Illusions and a handful of other levels.
Unfortunately since my progress on this pack progressively
slowed down as I became busy with life and lost interest in this
game, I decided to release this as is so that my finished work
doesn't lie around my hardrive collecting dust and going to
waste. I might come back to this one day and finish this, if
there is enough interest in it and I have enough motivation to
work on it, but at this point I would like to think that I'm
more or less finished with level design for the time being.
All that is left to say is, hopefully you (the gamers) will still
enjoy playing this in its current state regardless, as I had fun
designing and building this.

3. Story
================================================================
In the current state of the pack the story is rather abstract
and not directly given. I left it this way intentionally; there
IS a story, but you as the player are free to piece it together
yourselves (imo it's pretty obvious ;)

4. Miscellaneous
================================================================
The pack includes 3 secret levels. They are not connected to
each other directly, however they have been placed in their own
secret episode called "Abstract". These levels are much, much
older than the rest of the pack as most have been lying around
unreleased on my hardrive for the greater part of this decade,
so the quality of these levels is significantly lower than the
main lvs in the pack. I thought they were still fun to play, so
I decided to release them with this pack as a bonus. They are
NOT connected to the storyline or the main pack in any way, and
are only there for your entertainment :P.
I got a highscore of 880,000 playing thru the pack (including
all the secret lvs), I dare you to do better ;)

5. Afterword
================================================================
Peace to Jazz2Online and the community that surrounds it, and all
the people who over the years influenced and shaped the creation
of these maps. I don't remember anymore who all you are as the
years have gone by, but without you this pack wouldn't have
turned out to be what it is.
Music was mostly found thru modarchive, and due to the restraints
of the game during the time I was making this I had to make the
songs playable in JJ2. Additionally, some of the tilesets were
edited for the purpose of this pack, and I'd like to thank Violet
for helping me out with that.
Besides that, stop reading this text file and go play my pack !
