This tileset is my first, and yes, it WAS CREATED USING PAINT!
And I'm not a great artist either, I used some of the great tools paint
offers, yet few people know of.
These include: zooming into great detail, pallette choices (choosing more
colors than are displayed),
copying and pasting tiles (animations). Copying and flipping tiles (very
useful, I might add)
And several other options. Read the help file in paint for more info, don't
ask me how to.
Well, this shows that ANYONE, even someone without a special art program,
can make a good tileset.
