KNOWN BUGS:
None, I've fixed tons of bugs in this tileset already before I posted it.
Just some problem with the CTF bases (they are either in the air or a bit
too deep in the ground).
COMMENT FROM THE CREATOR:
I hope you enjoy this one, it took me a heng of a long time to think of
some original new idea for a tileset. So why not just make one about the
place where I live :)
I made the tilesets into different parts where africa is famous of, these
are:
1) Lowlands: The terrain where I live is mostly lowlands, with high grasses
and water pits for the animals to drink from while rain is rare. This
terrain covers up most of Southern Africa.
2) Jungle: Well, if you want to call that a jungle. The way it came out it
didn't look much like a jungle but I still decided to call it that because
I couldn't think of something else. The jungles of Africa is only a small
part in the central region where the equator is.
3) Desert: The Sahara, known as the biggest desert in the world. Also one
of the worst natural disasters. Africa exports more sand from this Desert
and other regions than any other product from the whole of Africa. This
even causes extreme sand storms in America!!!
4) Night: People say Africa is a whole new world at night. Animals who have
been hiding at day come out at this time to either eat, or be eaten. (Let
this come to mind when you come to africa and camp out in a nature reserve
with rhinos walking around, it's worse than any other ghost story you can
think of, I know from experience ;)
5) Caves: I've been in the Cango caves where we live, and it was awesome.
It's not the biggest or best in the world, but leaving this out would be
like taking a special part out of africa (you probarly noticed by now that
i don't know much about caves :).
Gah, that was all uneseccary, I've been watching Discovery Channel and
National Geographic too much :(
The clouds that I made for this tileset did not look good at all, so I just
snatched the clouds from Ultimate World (my first ever posted tileset).
Hope you don't mind. I even bet that if I didn't tell you this most of you
wouldn't even know :)
Be sure to experiment with this tileset. You can mix blocks from different
themes in the tileset to get something really wierd or cool (africa5.j2l).
Don't expect me to make another tileset soon, I'm running out of ideas.
Don't be shy to give me ideas for a tileset. I like making tilesets and
want to keep on making them as long as it stays fun for me. When somebody
ever gives me a good idea for a tileset I will use it (and obviously give
credit to that person, before they put me in jail or something :) with
permission from the person that gave me the idea.
LEGAL STUFF:
This is my tileset. You may use it in levels if you give me credit for
making the tileset in one of three ways:
1) Put my temporary logo in the tileset somewhere (i haven't got a
permanent one yet)
2) With the zip file that you put with this tileset, be sure to say in a
text file that i made it
3) There must be a text board in your level saying that I made the tileset
If you do not agree to one of the following, you may NOT use my tileset.
You may only edit this tileset with my permission (if I give you
permission, I will give you the pcx files that I used with it as well)
If you do all of the above correctly I will not bug you =)
