Tileset Extractor

Rushed release, so it doesn't even have a proper name. Basically you drag
some j2t's and drop them in tileset.exe. Or you can use the command line.
You can drag as many j2t's as you want, its only limited to the OS's
command line arguments length. When you do that a
"<tilename>-image.png" and "<tilename>-mask.png" will
automagically appear.
This is open-source, and you can see how it works through tileset.cpp.
