I remember this tileset. I even remember creating one of my very first levels with it, years ago. I loved it, so I’ll give it an 8.5
This was well made. It’s real. It actually feels like an island.
The tileset is well used.
The cinematics are certainly…. new. You just don’t see cinematics included with episodes. However, they are a bit short. Oh well.
The music and ambient sounds are used perfectly. No argument here.
Edit:
I can’t play it on Hard Mode. My home cooked levels list is already full, so I have to drag the first level onto the JJ2 icon. Normal mode is my only option.[This review has been edited by Violet CLM]

WHHEEE Cool
Well, i am too lazy to tell everything
i wanted to tell but uhm nm…
(+)
Cool vidz / good use of the Set / the originalst and fitting music ever/ good storyline / the FRRA-Part (From-Rex-Run-Away) / everything for free =)
(-)
Too short lvls/ the cutscene ( but that is not too bad cuz i know that it won’t work with anorther way)/
Mwha hm well ,however, Yea i think a 9.5 is good :)
EAT THIS !!!Don’t have the time for a huge review but here’s in short where that 9.2 all comes from…
– Gameplay – 90 Pretty easy at most places, a little short too all together(basically ‘cause ye just HAVE to keep playing until ye finished the whole game ;) – Originality – 84 General idea is nice, some specific levels are very nice (on top would be level 9 ;) – Level Design – 82 A pretty simple but well worked out level design for most levels – very well use of the tileset, and no annoying things like overload of baddies (or getting stuck in walls ;) – Graphics – 85 Very nice tileset :) – Music – 100 Adds a lot to the athmosphere – splendid! – Sound FX – 100 I’m not sure how many sounds there were used, but the ones i noticed worked well enough for another 100 ;) – Bonus – 100 Those cutscenes are amazing! Pity theres no sound, but they’re definitely a great extra :) – Overall – 91.5 Guess what – this is the average of all the points above ;)Some thingies i noticed: No music in, i think, level 3 (the first one down in those caves) Caint use the listing thingy (when opening a new game in TSF) – it says i have to “finish the previous episode first” (which is homecooked levels)…[This review has been edited by Kejero]
Well, like everyone else said, the cinematics and tileset are drop dead gorgeous! But, ultimately, it’s about the levels. There are loads on innovative ways in which the tileset is used in the levels, but I don’t want to spoil this for you, so I’ll keep quiet ;)
Anyways, that’s the good points, there are soem bad ones as well. Firstly I think the levels are a bit too short. Just as I start to enjoy the level I’m passing the finish. I also feel it was a bit too easy, too few enemies placed to sparsely. It’s more like a story than a challenging pack.
Yes, the first thing that comes into mind is Another Story, and loads fo people loved it, but I didn’t like it that much, but still, it was good and so is this, so it’s definitley worth the download ;)

My apologies to a bit mentioned above, it was fairly easy, but you can change the difficulty level. The difference isn’t too much, but it is harder and more features to the level, so I’ll boost my rating a bit! ;)[This review has been edited by Disguise]
SuperB cinematics.
Multiple difficulties.
Nice eye candy.
Episode file for TSF.
And so much more. This is a download everyone should get asap.
This be good;P
(sniff)these stuff reminds me of old good Nintendo (8bit one) :) Well, since i used to play that game some years ago i see you made exact copy of original lvl :D Too bad the levels are short and there or not much of lvls :( I gave 8 just becouse idea was nice, music too.

It doesnt’s install correct.
It stops on 90% and say`s there is a error ore something. :S
Yes, it WAS worth it! The Dinocraze is back again, with this extremely awesome kewl Single Player pack!
As Jazz, you have stranded on “Site-B”, which is, as many people will know (or feel-this pack isn’t called “The Lost World” for nuffin, filmfreaks :P), infested with dinosaurs. Some elements from the Jurassic Park movies were put into your fav Jazz game, such as the long grass run, and a meeting with the big guy…well…can’t really tell, that’s a huge spoiler- but I can tell you it is AWESOME! The levels weren’t extremely easy, but they weren’t extremely hard either. Sometimes they were a bit short, but heck with that! The cutscenes are marvellous, I really like what you did with them :)
Dunno what to add more…Move over Tomb Rabbit, push The Other Dimension back into it’s case, ‘cos here is the Lost World!
It’s fun to use it to annoy people, but after awhile it gets boring. It also made everybody angry when I repeated stuff, and I thought it would allow you to send messages when the game is minimized. Oh well, I guess I should have known better(and read the instructions).
Fantastic!Realy cool, kinda loong ( for 5 level SP pack ) and most of all,it is great!Too bad you only use 1 music pack,i think it sucks(after half hour of playing).Carrots, well i understand you wanted to make levels harder but before hard boss, when you are wounded at first 2 seconds of starting you realy could make more of them!!!
Btw:im kinda late with these review but i dont care =P
A very nice level, using the quite overused MEZ01 tileset. But this time its diferent. The levels that made MEZ01 so overused where for 98% total garbage, but this is’nt. It makes pretty good use of the tileset. It also has a pretty spiffy music file, wich the auther unfortunatly failed to include. If you dont have this music, but want to hear it, download ‘Happy CTF’ by Stripe, right here on J2O. The music file fits the level nicely, even though for MEZ01 levels, i will always prefer the jj1 Scraparap song, aka the famous song14.s3m. ET also did’nt include the MEZ01 tileset, but i wont dock him for that, for these days, practicly everyone has it. The level has fairly good design, easy to get around in. Bases where placed like most people places them, the red one at the far right end of the level, and the blue one at the far left end. Ammo placement is good too. Background layer 8 could move a bit faster, but thats no problem, jsut a mater of preference. A 20 coin bonus was included, for wich you get: A few fastfires, a full energy carrot, and ability to travel to either the red or the blue base. Coins where well devided over the level, although maybe a bit too much gold coins. This is a pretty good CTF level. Download this one.
I will get straight to the point.
Gameplay: 8 out of 10. The gameplay is pretty good, although in some spots it can be slowed down. Eg. Paddles and “Bongos” Supersayian knows what I’m talking about. ;P
Eyecandy: 8.9 out of 10. The eyecandy is amazing! Couldn’t get much better than that
Weapon Placement: 8.1 out of 10. The placement was pretty well placed. No complaints there.
Overall, I give it an 8.5. Great level by you two jazzers, keep up the good work!
joined up a server hosted by SuperSayain and this is the lvl that i get,,
thought it was an excellent lvl overall with lots of ammo and astounding eye candy,, for all the downloaders out there,, this is one that is definitely worth downloading,,
the only downside to this is that there is little space to jump around in,, but other than that,, well, my rating tells it all![This review has been edited by Fireball]
It’s here. After a long time of waiting, Ninja Dodo finaly finished teh Lost World episode, a very l33t single player pack, using the famous Lost world tileset. The pack is very cool. It makes terific use of the tileset. It has all the features from Site-B, like the waterfalls, the abandoned ofice building, the caves, the coast. It has some very cool, well drawn dinosaurs, like the T-Rex, and a few others of wich i dont exactly know what they are called:-O. The pac itself is also very l33t. One thing bothered me though: its was a litle too easy, even in hard mode. Some of the levels, like the one taking place in and around the abandoned ofice building, where a bit short. But apart from that, very origenal. I wanna bet Ninja Dodo used every tile in the entire tileset. The levels had very origenal ideas. Like for example “Sorna Falls”, where you have to make your way through a number of cliffs, seperated by giant waterfalls. Almost every level combines both in water and on dry land play. The level “Down the tubes” was pretty origenal, based in the sewers beneath the abandoned foice. The pack follows a pretty sturing story, about a rabbit who gets ship wrecked on his way to Costa Rica, and is stranded on a eiland full of dinosaurs, not to mention all sorta of other pesky animals, like ravens, turtles, fish, lizards, stuff like that. The most origenal level by far was the 9th level, where you need to run from “mr. I am the greatest”, the T.Rex. To ad to this, Ninja Dodo also added a number of totaly awesome looking 3D cutscenes, to be viewed in Realplayer, wich conect some of the levels with each other. To sum it up, this is a must download for all of you. Very high 9.0(!) points.[This review has been edited by >CelL<]
I past level very easy and it was’t even hard or cool.Btw,some of the traps is imposible to pass if you are jazz, besides, enemys generator was way too fast.
