Okay, let’s get straight to the point. Eyecandy, was exellent. Only one thing I had a problem with, although it’s probably just because I don’t have experience with the tileset. Amount of ammo was good, gameplay was also good. It could of been better, but still very good. Music, great. Download this, j00!!
Very Good! I will be useing this tileset with a level that I make for sure! It’s so sweet.. And with all the GpW stuff all over the place it just adds to the coolness which is the tilset. Excellent with the example levels too. Download this!
This really is what the word “Excellent” was created for.
Happy fun time battle!
Eye Candy is ok, it’s not magical looking but that really doesn’t matter too much. The tileset was well used.
<—————————Tubes
The tubes weren’t all to easy to get access too. I suggest having a “suck” event outside of the wall so a rabbit can be sucked in without any effort of finding the place in the wall to go into for the tube.
There is a really lack of ammo in this level. But there is no lack of power ups.
There are too many dead ends. But you seem to be able to move around ok too.
And the music fits very well with the level. Hehe.
Anyways, that’s all I have to say about that.

Oops, I meant to give this a 6 not a 7 sorry.

Nice idea to convert, butt the bases could be nicer.
A 7 for your trouble (huh?).
Nothing special. The lay-out is not to good, pretty boring. And to much poles.
No good eyecandy. Nuff said.
It’s a good battle level. The best part about this level is if your Jazz you don’t have problems getting the ammo and secret stuff. Thank you for making a level that Jazz can move around in as easy as Spaz does.
The Eyecandy in this level is well used.
And there is lots of ammo to go around. I really hate the 50 coin thingy. I never have time to go around collecting coins when I’m in a battle level. Make the bonus smaller ammount of coins, if you want too.

Hmmm…
Fl@sh? Do you create a little level with a tileset before you rate? Because else you can’t rate it good. But ok.
Nice Example level but the tileset is the problem (you should put it under level if you want have the level rated).
The tileset is:
Way too small.
-1.5
Minimum back- and foreground options.
-1.3
Eye killing (except B&W version).
-1
Not handy to create something with.
-1
10-1.5-1.3-1-1=5.2
Work longer on your tilesets!
Well…
I think it’s a really good level.
This is my rating (no I don’t mean the 9 now!).
Gameplay:
You can move good around, enough battling space. A bit too much springs but it’s ok.
4/5
Stuff (ammo, food, coins etc.):
Nothing wrong with this. Enough coins so you can not too easy and not too hard get the 50 coins. You have putten food in what many people don’t do (that’s a + point). After all.
5/5
Eye-candy:
I suppose that there isn’t much more eye-candy to put in the level then you have. 5 out 5.
5/5
Detailing:
Just great. I didn’t saw anything that wasn’t good or something like that so…
5/5
19/20 is the same as a 9.5
Good job >Cell<!
Nice, very nice. There are some really cool ideas, (like plants floating on water) though I’m not so sure why the water is stand in type. There are also some parts in this level which make me think “If Jazz 1 had a battle mode”, because they look rather JJ1 style. Good job!
Personally, I would have liked some more red block structures, but I guess the black and green stuff is easier.
There are some cool things like water falls in diagonal alcoves in the wall, secret passages, and even the easter eg “Grey Rabbit King” with a full energy carrot cleverly protected.
Overall, this is a great level, and I’m not quite sure how CelL manages to work this fast.
This rules. QUESTION:How to do a episode file? This is maked PERFECT. Many enemies, hard for me(it means:good thing) Not too many powerups(GOOD) I will upload my own levelpack at Christmas(December 25)
Ah. It’s been a little while since I last wrote reviews.
Now comes SplashCC with his new level. The Dragonball tileset is quite nice, the background stuff was great. But the level is anyway pretty simple, the tileset forces to that. And there’s little lack of ammo.
But anyway I think this deserves a 7,5. SplashCC must have worked this hard.
argh! this file is too big for me! I try tomorrow…
First of all, Flash, that’s as close as you can get to “eyecandy” using only events. Second, all the swinging vine stuff is great for h-poles and hooks, as is shown in the example level. All the tiles have uses.
Also, I have no idea what any of you are talking about with “combine with other tilesets”? Could you explain a little further please? :D
And one more thing. IMHO, this tileset is very easy and fun to make levels with. I greatly enjoyed creating that example level, for example. More fun then I get out of a lot of levels, anyway.
I haven’t downloaded it but i saw it on a server. Good job!
This very good level reminds me the original battle levels. The weapons are in good positions and the eye-candy is in good condition too. Keep up the good work, Magoo.
Sorry, but I don’t like this tileset too much, though it’s not that bad. The colours are a bit weird, and you can’t create a good, big level with this either…
Oh my holy JCS! As everyone, I looked at it :p. The tileset has graphics like platforms, vines and some weird “screenshotted” (Yeah, weird verb :) stuff like the poles from some tileset, and some useless (IMO) screenshots of a swinging vine with a crate. I really don’t get why everyone is giving this a 6.0. A tileset is something to make a level with, not something to combine with other tilesets. So I’m sorry, Violet, but I can’t give this higher than a 4.0.
Okay, reactions to the critics :)
Violet: I know they can be usefull for that, but they are taking much space from the tileset and I would rate it batter if you put other stuff in the used space. mr Magoo was talking about combining tilesets to a mega level (or something). I changed my rating to a 5.0 :p. And please don’t remember me as “the-stupid-who-rated-my-tileset-so-low” :)
Whizz: I never create small levels with tileset before I review it because even when I create a small level I’m busy with it around 3 hours and I think that’s wasting time (I’m a perfectionist; I’m testing the level around every 10 seconds and I’m spending minutes on the good fitting of two tiles :)[This review has been edited by Fl@$h aka BlewMeUp]
Wow great tileset, my granny even can make this :P
Fëårlè$sCC.
I will always be CC.
Jezus,
I suck (not), but you do :P
