The Level design was very well. The only problem I see is that the weapons are all bunched up together, that’s not quite fun. You should separate the weapons. And the Dock idea was petty good, but annoyingly people might wait there and not come out. Put about 1 or 2 more carrots also.
Good music chosen also!
They look good, and they look like mirror images of the original good job you earned this!
Well, it’s a accurate (not sure HOW accurate) conversion of Jazz 1: Battleships that seems to be only missing one or two tiles I can think of.
The battle level is rather average, with some nice placement of things but hindered by the annoying large outer space area. (Boring)
The music is good.

Just goes to show you…. Old games weren’t as complicated as the games of today. If you mix the two, the old game seems really easy. anyway.. I’ll make the lvls harder When (if?) I make the rest of the game. Plus, with the amount of lvls in the whole game, it won’t seem as easy as the firts 4 alone.
I love this tileset because i love Cracco tournament and others but i hate (bad ratings like mine) !!!!

I think it is an okay attempt, but you really might want to learn it a little more before submitting it.
No backround
Jazz is a green ‘blob’
Bullets are to streched out
Needs to be a baddie ;)
NOTE: CE is an updated version of CC, CC is an updated version of CLC, CLC is an updated version of CL, and CL is an updated version of CBTG (my first tileset ever).

A few nice ideas.
This is a test.
It took me about 20 minutes.
It is weird.
The mask is bad.
A few bad ideas.
The level hurts my eyes.
The tileset is a tiny bit moderated version of CE.

Download if you like.
Ssckhiwe.
pretty good, but easy.
wish i could hear the music (my speakers seemed to have stopped working)
, but at least i have gyrphones of the west (from tyrian2000) stuck in my head.
looks like mario.
bla, bla, bla…
Yay, it works. Hooray for working downloads, and everyone who made them happen. ;D
Well, these seem to be reprocuctions of Mario levels. I’ve never seen the game they came from, so I wouldn’t know, but they look and play right.
Comments:
Bad Mask.

A Mask? :P
Oops, forgot a rating. La la la la.[This review has been edited by Violet CLM]

Don’t make me laugh. :P (LOL…)
Someday I’ll have to change my user name to ET, not et…..
Anyway, I love the tileset, It has a mezzy sort of look along with 3d tiles ( like leSmashes Psuedo 3d and afew other tilesets that have the illusion of dept :). I also like the way that you have the same tiles, exept smaller to use as a background. I also think the textured background is very well drawn, it doesn’t look as good when you turn textured backgrounds off, but when its set to the 3d look, it has a very smooth touch :). I suck at drawing 3d backgrounds, they always look sharp instead of smooth :(
Nice li`ll level we have here. The design is pretty good, its got well-balenced weapen placement and well hidden powerups. The music file is the music from the Jazz Jackrabbit 1 rainforest levels(right?). It fots the level and the tileset nicely. I`ve found no real large bugs in this level. Download this now, you wont regret it.
Ratings have been fixed. Well done, Shad.[This review has been edited by >CelL<]
Wow, this program is GREAT!! It’s got loads of cool functions like making the text backwards, colourise it and add weird thingys to the text and loads of other stuff. It’s really easy to use and even a sponge (like Cell ;-P) could use it and there’s a caracther map too if you happen to need it. Ya can also make yer name suuuuperloooong although it doesn’t work for TSF. (Argh! Bad news for me!)
The only bug I found in this program was that some stuff doesn’t work when the program is in full screen which really doesn’t matter much. So…overall, this is a program which can be really useful to annoy ppl (therefore the annoying/taunting mode I suppose? ;-) and it can also be used for mass advertising. So…I’ll give this an 8! :-D
Cheers,
White Rabbit.
You must be the 1st person to actually ever use my tileset, but there are some things that you should know…
1. I never officially released the tileset. (Please note that the tileset is nowhere to be found on J2O or anywhere else on the internet)
2. I never finished the tileset. There’s a lot of stuff missing from it, and other stuff I meant to take out (and I haven’t even added credits to myself yet).
3. I hosted a level using this tileset some while ago. I thought I mentioned that no one can release any lvls using this tileset until I officially release the tileset.
4. And Violet? That’s spelt “Odyssey” not “Odessy.”
I dont mind that u use the tileset as long as u dont release your lvls. But I must warn u, I rearranged alotta things in the updated version of this tileset.
Poor guy gunna have a low average rating O.o
I wonder why it doesn’t work..
Let me check.
ok Overlord, I see that you’re right. If the admins allow me to reupload this (and if they delete this one) then it’s just fine :)[This review has been edited by CraccoBoy]
Merder, how can you review this level if the download does not work? This is the wrong version!
[This review has been edited by CraccoBoy]
Hello? Downloads don’t work!!!!!!!
I guess you guys will just have to re-upload these downloads some day :D
Cool, he’s still ‘floppy ears with a big gun (jazz1 quote)’ and with the bullets that that gun fires, the 3d celled Devan won’t know what hit him :) I don’t know why you used 14 frames, You could have got away with it using about 3 frames, if the bullets where fired in a pattern, like:
– – – – -
and got it so when the first bullet was where the 2nd bullet was, get it to loop. Like when making animations in Jazz2 levels :)
