Monolith would not agree with you two.
Thou shalt make a 1.23 version.
I am in a bit of an uninspired mood right now, and I’m out of material for a good long review. Just read Aiko’s ;P
The tileset was pretty much used properly, and the level isn’t ugly. Unfortunately, the layout needs work and the flow could be improved. One thing that greatly damaged the score was the fact that there are dead ends. I hate that. For a first battle level though, this is very good.
When you submit a tileset or level, please make sure you say which version it is. I have changed the download info so it sais that this download is TSF-only.
Hello everyone, remember me!/-)
Well, here we have another nic etileset made by the one, the only, erm.. what was you`r name agin?:) But now sereasly the tileset is a nice idea, and its easy to use. Keep up the good work![This review has been edited by >CelL<]
Sorry, i won’t rate this if it’s TSF. Compile the set in the normal JCS 1.23
U really done a great job this time Splash, I might be not so good in single player mode, but I know it are very good looking levels, great eyecandy and good lvl skills. I think u spend a lot of time on this pack..u say u dont want have anything more to do with jj2..well I hope someday u come to make this fantastic lvls again.
and ofcourse all u, download it! hehe
I dunno, it hapends every time…
signed, >ConfuseD<
btw. This is the tileset u need for it :)
This lvl is..I think good in size, but there are much (too much) unfinnished tiles in it. Just watch the borders and you’ll see what I mean, I also think there is too much ammo in this lvl and I dont like bonusses in a lvl. Anywayz, I can see u spend time on this lvl and the eyecandy isnt even that bad so, a small 5..
let’s just get right on it….
it looks better than the most rookie-levels(u still have somethin’ to learn;)). the open spaces are good for battle, but it’s very hard to evade rockets… the lvl is too small if u want to open it as a server(maybe a private server for 1vs1). I don’t recommend it if u want a really cool, goodlookin’ level for ya server. but if u want to download it, no-one stoppes u(unless nagcentral is down :p).
blaster
btw. include the tileset to yer lvl. if yer lvl don’t work, download the tileset from spalsh below :p
I am VERY Upset about nobody rating this, i have version 6 on my computer which has many [MANY] new features and i refuse to upload it. I refuse to upload it until YOU guys start rating my stuff. So Enjoy version 5 while u can, cuz u probably wont get version 6 without a lot of ratings. I’m serious, i WILL NOT RELEASE.
Pretty darn good! Get it now, nothing more to say.
+ sloppy ground tiles
+ background tiles
+ charachter tiles
+ dragon balls
- copied background tiles
- copied characters
The author didn’t bring real impressive work but I guess this set is good for the DBZ fans.
Next time add the Tileset
u cant expect ppl to have it already.
Too bad i didnt Liked the lvl
the Design/layout was below Average.
the lvl was too empty
weapon Placement was bad
and too small lvl for a Good battle
Overall no Download Recommedation from me
i think u can Do better Scorpio.
Blaster No need to do that he already said that and i downloaded it else i Couldnt revieuw it Sooo..
and rookies also have to learn how too make lvl`s
you was once a rookie too
“btw. include the tileset to yer lvl”

Oh wow! This breathtaking new tileset release by Toxic Bunny has about 1000(!!!) great “3Dish” looking tiles for custom level building.
“War Torn” reminds me a bit of “Metropolis” by bluez (mainly because it has the same theme…an abandoned, cold city…and blizzards :). But actually what we see here is a new, very own style. I’ve never seen something similar in Jazz2 before. Everything looks very clear and detailed and it simply creates an intense playing atmosphere. Apart from some colourful structures (red, dark green and brown), the dominating colour of the set is stone gray. Otherwise, the variety of “War Torn” is awesome: it has different kinds of 3D tubes (“Worlds Largest Drains” :), rendered background landscapes and even some little animations, not to mention signs, arrows and the like. Too much to list here, you have to see it yourself :-)
Toxic Bunny also jampacked the ZiP archive with two example single levels (the tileset comes in two versions: night and day, but you really don’t see much difference, some minor palette shifting i guess :-). Surprisingly, the levels are quite long and not even bad (remember, they’re example levels that try to show the use of the tileset). Very well done, Toxic Bunny!
All in all, “War Torn” is one of the best tilesets i’ve seen the past few months and if you don’t DOWNLOAD THiS ONE iMMEDiATELY, i really don’t know what you’re doing here anymore.
