It is good for a second CTF level. Try to be more original and fix the bugs. Hope the next one will be a lot better.
This is a good level for someone who isn’t that familliar with levelmaking yet.
Gameplay
This level doesn’t have a good flow, there are some dead ends and also paths of only a few tiles big. Though, you managed to keep the damage minimal by having a good flow in the middle of your level. Maybe you should try to make your next level a bit bigger, so it will be easier to avoid small paths and dead ends.
Eyecandy
My first impression of the eyecandy is good, you have a nice moving background and rain on the foreground, also you used some tiles to mask other tiles or events. Though this level contains quite a lot of tilebugs. Try to look at other levels and see how the authors of those levels used the tiles.
Originality
You used quite some events in your level, which allowed one to warp to powerups they can’t shoot and also roll through a sucer tube square. Though, this level lacks original design, amazing eyencandy and renewing combinations of tiles and events. Though for your second level this is a good job, you can be proud of it.

Rather too similar to Happy Semiconductor for my tastes. I found the way the same tiles are on multiple layers to be rather confusing with regards to figuring out whether or not I can stand on something. Eyecandy is all right, but is rather messy and could be much improved.

Not a bad level. The atmosphere is quite good, yet nothing overly special. The issue I have with this level is that it tries a bit too hard to be like semi. At least it has two carrots, so it’s not quite as campy, but more chaotic due to being very small yet open. The eyecandy is okay. Might be fun, but I highly doubt it will become a classic.

To start:
This is a funny level with Jazz, Spaz and Lori Jackrabbit in another Windows XP-window and a virus error-message. Funny idea, but bad performed.
Eyecandy: (20 pts)
I can’t take a look into your level layers (because the file is protected), so the Eyecandy-rating is for what you see when you play the level. The foreground is used for the window! Funny! I give you 14 points for the foreground. The background is kinda disappointing, because there is just a sky and that’s all. So that’s just 3. The path is decorated with exactly enough stuff, like trees, torches and crates. A magnificet score of 17 for the path! The average score is 11,33 points, 11 points when I round it down.

Gameplay: (20 pts)
Moderate. The level is quite long, so that’s good. But there are three big problems when I look at the gameplay. Firstly it’s the XP-window, because it disturbs me when I want to see where I like to go. The second problem is – and I think you already guessed it right – the virus error-message. It distracts me. And the third one is the pit. If you fall in there, you have to cheat, or if you don’t know it, you have to reset the game and that’s very frustrating!

Obstacle placement: (20 pts)
In this levels the enemies and lava-pits are good placed. But also in this part of the rating the three problems in the gameplay count, because those are obstacles too! I think you know which obstacles I mean, so I don’t have to say more about it. Overall the obstacle placement is reasonable.

Bonus placement: (10 pts)
Saw short: the bonus placement in this level is great and it is a very funny idea to place blue gems above the lava! It’s some sort of switch: one blue gem in exchange for some hearts of your health.
Result: 9 pts
Conclusion
If you like to be distracted, this is just the level where you’re looking for. If you don’t, just ignore it and choose another one.

well its not that baaaaad… when i saw the other ratings i thought it was worse haha… well theres a hall (not room) for improvement… the top part was really empty while the bottom part imo was a bit cramped. hmmmm
i actually did like it!.. its nice :)… well id say u needed to put some extra springs for jazz… (especially at the bottom right)… and also you definetly needed more ammo… otherwise it would be great i suppose. id say its nearly finished… if u did finish it it wouldve been gr8 :D
