Tileset
It are good tilesets. Very good tilesets. Egyptic tilesets for an Egyptic episode.

Music
Good music, but not good placed. Only level one is good. Level two’s music is more future-style and level three and the escape more jungle-style and the credits is classic JJ2-music.
Rating: 4.7

Obstacles
The obstacles are good. The levels are hard, but possible… but more possible with cheats. Very difficult.
Rating: 10+

Story
Good chosen, but the Queen was too friendly. It is a boss and no good guy.

Excellent concept, but is executed EXTREMLY poorly.

All I can say is WTF. You took the medivo tileset, dipped it in the toliet, took a dump on it, and used whatever tiles were magically still clean. Thats the only way this mess of eyecandy filth can be described. Stupid mistakes like adding a Jazz<->Spaz box in the middle of the frog area only adds insult to injury.
I don’t know whose idea it was that adding a bunch of enemies in a room and then dodging them with no way to fight back is ‘hard’. Its more like ‘definite suicide’. The attmept to patch that bit with constant Full-health carrots turn ‘definite suicide’ to ‘cakewalkus easius’.
The frog section is a linear path with tons of demons. For your braincell’s sake, i’m not going to mention it.

The way I see it, these levels are here for one reason only:
To releive stress by bashing poor levels, and to B-B-B-BO-B-BO-OOST review counts.
Ok so that was two things. Whatever.

These levels rely on their lame attempt at a story, horrendus eyecandy, and insanely placed death pits. Oh, and those linear rows of enemies we all hate.

Ugh Finally. I’ve been waiting for another of Iluz’s levels, even if its not SP.
What I *‘Love’*(Girly icons for emphasis) about this race level, is that for the first half it’s really anyone’s race. It’s highly unlinear, and would be devastantingly evil if the players had some TNT (sadly the race does not have any ammo besides the blaster). Unfourtantly, the second half is fairly linear, but it still finds devious ways to make the race constantly unfair for everyone (and that is meant in the nicest way possible).
The eyecandy is especially nice(except for the fog), and I congratulate Iluz on using the extremly hard to use Inferno tileset.
It’s an EXTREME (shout for emphasis) shame this is only TSF, since it’s an excellent level.
Rating- 7.8 Knock yourself silly, you earned it.

RATING PRACTICAL: It is a practical tileset. Very practical. One of the most practical tileset I’ve ever seen.

RATING BEAUTY: It is also a beautiful tileset with a nice sea, sun, bottles and treasures. Just so beautiful as practical.

RATING ORGINALITY: It is also orginal. I have never found a pirate-tileset until now!

This is great!

That makes it even more great!!

Fairly good for a first time.
It is a bit short, but what it lacks in distance it sort of patches up with suprises. You never know when you can randomly run into a bit of wind or get pushed back by a spring.

The good thing is that you have to stay alert and not just run, as you could either run in the wrong direction or run into a surprise. The eyecandy was very very nice, the textured background was a nice change from other ones we’ve seen, and yea. First I didn’t notice it was TSF X.X . Then I realised it was, and was quite happy to play as good ol’ Lori.

Score: Well, I’d say a rating of 6.7.
Download Recommendation: Hmmm… depends really. If you love race levels, download this. If you don’t mind race levels download this. If you HATE race levels I’ll host this level online and torture you with it.

That’s also what I said when JCS came out, but THIS! THIS! This is probably the BEST thing to have ever happened to the community. Soon, millions of people will come to this community and play JJ2…

RATING OBSTACLES: Not all levels are hard. Lvl 2 is pretty simple, but the final is pretty hard.

Harsh guy.

Eyecandy is really ugly. You used about 8 tiles. First time I don’t knew it’s Medivo!

Frog part is a small simple path full ‘o Devils. Hey, you now what is Hurt event? You used Devils like spikes.

Bird part is easy – fly to next Carrot before you die. But this should be inviciblity. And be longer.

If You do better level with this concept I will play. Really. Nice idea, but sucky made.
