Hmm? low ratings? i like it to play, good eyecandy, not to much.
It has a good/avarage gameplay.
The layout is good, i think its not to small too.

Ok, I saw this level in Blur’s server and it was passworded and I dont like to host, so I will review it now.
Gameplay: Okay. This isnt good, but there are some nice tubes and some springs, the balance isn’t too good, because there is a blue spring at the left side and no one at the right side to get the Full Energy.
Eye Candy: Good. This is good, although the background is confusing. The other eye candy was quite good, though.
Pickup placement: Good. I cant say I like it, there are too many power-ups and too little amount of ammo. But, I think of it’s good, though. There was a full energy, not really good placed, because you need to jomp to get it. The left side has a spring to get it, the other side doesnt. Also, you can get it with Spaz the easiest. I dont know if you can get it with Jazz, I haven’t tested.

I can say this is a quite good first level.
I give the level a 6.2.

I think I’ll hit hard just because.

GAMEPLAY:

The gameplay isn’t too bad for a first level. The level is mostly balanced, and I can get around the level without getting too frustrated. Spring placement could be better in certain areas, such as , but it’s overall alright. Where the problems lie are with everything else. Above all, there’s nothing I haven’t see before in this level. The coin warp idea, while could be useful, isn’t new and I can’t say I like it in this level. Some other method of placing coins around the level should have been used, such as five silver coins instead of one gold coin. I don’t really like the layout either. The main routes base to base seem to be dull and tedious.

EYE CANDY:

I didn’t really like the tileset used here, but I won’t let that affect my views of the eye candy too much. I don’t like the eye candy, though. I know I’ve only seen the tileset a couple of times, but this level looks confusing and the tiles weren’t all used properly. The lava tiles don’t look as good as they do in AcId’s example level. Not all of the brick tiles in the tileset were used as they should have been. The green tiles at the bottom right of the level placed in a background layer annoyed me the most; these tiles should have been in layer 4, and they make it hard for players to see the green spring there.

CARROT AND AMMO PLACEMENT:

The full energy carrot at the bottom could be placed a little lower to the ground or at least easier to reach. The powerup placement annoyed me a lot. A bunch of them are just placed around at the top not to far from one another. And too many powerups were used. Three powerups would have been good enough. Ammo placement also needs a little work and probably shouldn’t all be so close to the ground.

HOST THIS OFTEN?

No, but not bad. Maybe a better tileset next time? 6.2 is the rating.

A ctf level. In TSF. These are rare in TSF. Anyway, starting review…

EYECANDY: 7.5
The level’s eyecandy is pretty stupid. It’s hard to navigate in this level cause the eyecandy’s layer7 and layer6 are confusing.

GAMEPLAY: 5.4
The layer 8 background is pretty weird. That is confusing too. Navigating is hard and I always have the illusion that at the very bottom is ground. There isn’t. And some springs are badly placed and can’t be seen.

ORIGINALITY: 4.2
The base placement is copied from Zaitox. Think something original next time. H8 @ Originality

STUFF PLACEMENT: 7.6 (-1.0)
A seeker powerup. Oh why again… There seem to be 6 powerups, BLASTER, RF, SEEKER (-1.0), GUN8, GUN9 and TOASTER. Way too much powerups. And the seeker reduces the 1.0. The seeker powerup reduces the 1.0 FROM THE TOTAL OVERALL RATING. Fun. The ammo placement is although pretty fine, and the coins sux.

FUN FACTOR: 8.4
The level itself is actually fun to play with low detail on. The level itself is so confusing that no playing with high detail anymore. You used ground tiles in the layer 8. Anyway, this was the last section to rate on.

OVERALL: 6.7 (-1.0)

DOWNLOAD RECOMMENDATION: Maybe, or not. Your choice.
HOST OR NOT: No really.

EYECANDY:
Nice!!! The eyecandy of this level is not bad. I see a lot of things too make the level look good like waterfalls off Lava in one off the background layers and in one off the foreground layers good. The lava has good animations. The background also looks good. There is on the background a river off lava good. There are also some sort of cave walls and that looks good in the level and those walls uses different tiles of eyecandy. Also The ambient lightning is really good. Near lave there is flicker light. There are also different eyecandy tiles in the ground. There are also some things i don`t like. The Suckertube looks a little bit buggy. On some places the level looks a litle bit dull. I think that there should be more lava waterfalls in layer 3. Nothing more to tell ya about the eyecandy let`s move on to the next thing.

ENEMY PLACEMENT:
Good!!! The enemy placement is well done in this level. There are different kinds of enemies like Demons, Bats, Ravens, Doggy dog, fencer and a boss. I think that there are too many enemies off a kind. There are not 2 many enemies In the level and not to less. There is one thing why the enemy placement is good and that`s that the enemies are sometimes placed too use there special attack in a good way. Like a demon is hiding behind a lava waterfall and then suddenly attacks you and i had no clue. Also Ravens that you can`t attack without letting them attack you. Last excample is that there is a fencer on a hill. You can`t attack the fencer easy because he jump down to you. There is another excample that i can tell but you know what i mean. The boss fits in the level. I don`t know more too tell about the enemy placement.

ITEM PLACEMENT:
Okay!!! The ammo is well placed there are different kinds of ammo like Bouncers, Toasters, Freezers. There is also a secret powerup but i dind`t found that one. There is a spot where i missed the ammo placement. There is enough ammo of the kinds there are in the level that`s good. The Food is also well placed not too much not too less. The food is not placed on places where it should not bee. There are no gems and carrots that`s not good. Don`t know more too tell ya.

GAMEPLAY:
Normal!!! I wasn`t bored when i played this it was quite fun but there is nothing new in this level. This level is really linear. There are no other ways or just a way for extra goodies or something like that. There is also a place where you need too jump from hook too hook but Jazz, Spazz and Lori can do it with one normal jump. Then you get Platforms too get down. It`s not needed too use the platforms too go down but i think everybody does that because you get ammo then. The hurt events are goodly placed. There is nothing more special in the Gameplay. There are some bugs that makes it less more fun too play. Like those bridges if you`re not carefull you can fall down at the sides. And when you fall down there is nothing so i needed to cheat too get back up. I know that it is not supose that i can fall down there. Also you can fall down next too the suckertube. Thanks too the good enemy, Item placement and the good eyecandy it`s fun too play good job.

OTHERS:
Fine!!! I have too tell ya that the ambient sound effects are really good. Near fire and lava you hear burning fire good. The music fits in the level. The major mistake of the level is that the level is really really short next time make it longer.

This level is fun for a short time a 7.0

The both levels are very good because them are very originally i specially like the second one `cause the Suckertubes-Connections. I like suckertubes. And the Meteors Eyecandy is even good. The End-Boss is abit eays but that doesn`t matters.
So Overall its in my Opinion a good 8.

The Levels are really good.
The Size is a bit small but even good for a 2 on 2 CTF Game with 10 Captures and then Going to the next level.
The jj1 Diamondus level is very good espescially the Diagonal Watterfall and the idea with the planet behind the mountain…… Overall Very Good!

Ok, this pack wasn’t rated by me, but it’s great. So, I gonna give a long review at this.
To the Darkness
Gameplay: Good/Very Good. It’s quite good, it’s not too small (what some users say), the spring placement is good, etc.
Eye candy: Good. The eye candy here isn’t that good. This tileset isn’t a tileset with a lot of eye candy for your levels.
Pickup placement: Good/Very Good. This is almost very good, it reminds me from Distopia, only it’s a bit worse.
The food factory
Gameplay: Good. This is good, but it’s quite annoying such at the place of the springs that go horizontal.
Eye candy: Good/Very Good. This is nice, but there could be more, such as at the right side of the level.
Pickup placement: Good/Very Good. This is nice, but at the start you find a gun9 PU. I dont think thats a good idea. The other ammo and food (which is in this level of course) is good placed. The other PU’s also are good placed.
Crystal MaNiA
Gameplay: Good/Very Good. I like the gameplay here, but it’s not perfect. It’s a quite small level, but the gameplay is very good for a small one. The only thing that keeps me from giving this very good is the size.
Eye candy: Very Good. This is absolutely the best aspect of the level, I loved the eye candy here. It just r0x. There is lots of stuff in the layers, and an original background too.
Pickup placement: Good/Very Good. This is also nice, but there could be some more ammo in some places. The power-up and carrot placement is good, every level has 1 full energy of this pack, though. There is a few food, and thats not really unnecessary.
The Space Fortress
Gameplay: Good/Very Good. This is again almost very good, but just as the other levels, if it was bigger, it would be very good, though. The spring placement was good, and the layout and flow were also good enough to make it good/very good.
Eye candy: Very Good. Again a level with lots of eye candy. I loved it also here. Lots of stuff in layer 3, 4 and 5, with some planes in layer 1. Nice. The other layers also had some stuff. That’s also very nice.
Pickup placement: Good/Very Good. This is also almost very good, but again, it could be bigger. If it was bigger and had this ammo placement, it was very good. So that means the power-up and carrot placement was good too.
Ok, I could type a longer review, but I will just do it with this one.
Others: Host this: Sure.
Download recommendation: Yes.
To the Darkness: 8
The food Factory: 7.7
Crystal MaNiA: 9.
The Space Fortress: 8.6

Ok, this is gonna be my 100st review. I will review them in one time and it wont be a long one.
Gameplay: Very Good. Every level has excellent gameplay, but some levels are small(Happy Hell and Happy Jungle CTF). I loved the gameplay in Happy Semiconductor and Happy Castle CTF.
Eye candy: Very Good. Every level has a lot of eye candy, especially Happy Castle, Semiconductor and Desert CTF.
Pickup placement: Very Good. This is also very good, there is enough ammo and one carrot in every level. Some levels had also some +1 carrots, though. The power-up placement is also vey good.
Others: This levels are very original. The layouts are sometimes confusing but it’s very good, though.
Host this: Some levels are hosted a lot, such as Happy Semiconductor CTF, but the others aren’t overhosted. I will give this awesome pack a 9. Great job, stripe!

Ok I am sorry but this level is a bit over rated first of all.

Eye Candy/Tiling
The tiling was average it was a bit bad in some places. There is not much eye candy or use of layers. Overall I give this aspect a 4 okay but not great.

Enemy/Item Placement
Enemies are placed quite well and are not over or under used. Items such as wepons and pick ups are a bit under used . This aspect gets a 5.6

Overall I give this level a 5.5. I do not feel it is fair to give an extra point just because he’s a noob. I rate everybody fairly. It is quite well designed for a first level although it is poor in eye candy and item place ment! Keep it up though! You can only get better!

Gameplay? You understand how to use enemys to an extent, as well as triggers. Try learning english, since I couldn’t understand most of it. +5

Graphics? Moderate eyecandy (Here, eyecandy means special effects), use of lightning. Good tileset choice. +5

Music choice? Good choice. +8

5 + 5 + 8 = 18 / 3 = 6 + 1 = 7.

My rating: 7 out of 10. Good job, but a little more practice should be good.
