omg i have the program to
he only changed the pictures
Oh my … this is very bad, I mean VERY bad!
It’s original, that save’s this from a 2.5!
You can’t see when the turtles are to be destroyed, or that they destroy you!
Not like the original PacMan, you can walk to the wall, but in PacMan, he will walk only when there is a way to left, right,up or down! It was funny to make PacJazz, but it’s full of BUGS!
Download Recommed:No…Not now!
Play It:If your a dummy!
a 4 from me…

Well here is my review.
Eyecandy:
Normal!!! There are no tilebugs but it`s a little bit empty. There could be more cracks and pipes.
Enemy placement:
Fine!!! There are not to much enemies and the enemies that you will have to face are lizars, fload lizards and Fencers.
Item placement:
Okay!!! There is some food some ammo and some gems and a couple of carrots.
Gameplay:
Okay!!! The gameplay save`s the level of a low rating. There are moving platforms and you have to stay on those platforms in order to proceed.
Other:
Fine!!! The level is a little bit short. And the boss is to hard in that small arena where you only have those moving platforms. Easy normal and hard mode could be welcome in this level but you don`t have that.
It`s a cool level but there are some mistakes. Here a $€7.0€$[This review has been edited by Satan]
well….
ther ar some bugs and
the baddies placed and ammo
placed is VERY boring. also
the level is boring :S
the boss is easy and the level
is small to so…..
i give it a 6.5
Download it:No
Host this in coop:NO!
Here is my review,
1: It is a good race,
super fast nice platform things.
2: the only error is that
part of the race with the
platforms that fly to the
left and to the right,
It is too hard for a race.
3: It is a original race.
4: The rating: a 7,5 cool
[This review has been edited by Jazzyman]
Maby you can make a race lvl because if you delete all enemies its more a race.[This review has been edited by 007]
ehhmm Another race lvl from DX lets start
+The backround effect is nice
+Gameplay is good/okay
+eyecandy is nice
+Nice music
-I think you have to much blueblocks on layer6
-if you host this with laps the race is to long
-some things are more for a test
-use more freeze things
I give it a 6.5
007
Omg this Cant be a 8.0 _ because its only a lvl with a lot of the sameblocks.[This review has been edited by 007]
Actually cooba… you probably just haven’t found any of the secrets. There’s quite a bit. Maybe you need to work on finding secrets. :P

This game is a version of pac man using Jazzes head and what apears to be badly resized turtle sprites taken from shudder www.jazzjackrabbit.com or the manual. He did not program this he stole someone elses hard programing work and didn’t even creddit them. Not looking good so far. The code he stole was only an example of a PacMan type game. Its well codded but since its not your codding your not getting any points. I really don’t want to rate this as he stole everything and didn’t give credit. So I’m afraid I can not rate this higher than a 1 sorry but I can’t. I can not rate this game for anything because its all stolen.
wadledee It is not original for two reasons, 1.Its just pacman 2.He didn’t program this.[This review has been edited by Sun Fun Dude]
I don’t see how the base placement is that biased. I got 4.5 seconds going from blue to red and from red to blue.
First of all, I beta tested this level a long time ago. You forgot to give me credit. ;-( I also remember Gummi coming to your server and was holding hands with you as Spaz, and I kept trying to sidekick you two. It was fun.
Layout – Okay
I don’t like it. ;( I just don’t. It’s confusing and all… it just doesn’t seem to do anything for me.
Flow – Okay
The flow is okay, too. I’ve seen better in your levels, especially The Junkyard. Some places particualarly annoy me, such as POS 44,9. When you are running at that clump of roots from the clump on the left, you end up running at a place that’s masked like this: > And that makes you just keep running in place, which looks buggy and is never good for flow. In POS 15, 39, when you run at that spring and then try to go to the right while you are going up from touching the spring, you hit the ceiling and then eventually fall into a pool of water. There are other places that bug me, too, but I won’t get into that. What matters is that I’ve seen better flow in your other levels.
Ammo placement – Good / Very good
Good ammo placement… nothing else to say about it. There is no seeker powerup, and I would’ve liked to see an RF powerup, but it’s good overall.
Eyecandy – Very good
As good as it gets with this set. The background is a nice variety of tiles put together in such a way that they make what looks like a cave (OMG REALLY IT LOOKS LIKE A CAVE!?) There are scattered leaves, etc. It’s nowhere near as good as in the Marshland of Evil, but then again, nothing can come close to that.
Gameplay – Good / Very good
Good gameplay… for a battle level. But, this is CTF =( I can all ways host it in battle, though. Despite the bad layout and bad flow, the gameplay isn’t as bad as you would think.
Overall – Good / Very good
Download – Yes.
Host this often – If I do, it’ll be in battle.
BLACKY DONT SHOOT URSELF BCUZ I GAVE THIS UNDER 8 ;( PLZ[This review has been edited by labratkid]
It’s an inside joke DX, because Blacky thinks anything under 8.0 is a really bad rating, which is wrong. ;P[This review has been edited by labratkid]
INTRODUCTION TO PAC JAZZ: This game (seperate application) seems to be a variant of Pacman where you control Jazz’s head (the author has this strange fixation with Jazz’s head) instead of Pacman.
GRAPHICS/ETC: Hmmm. The walls look normal enough, though probably a little too bright. The pellets which normally turn ghosts blue look awful. Pacman has been replaced with Jazz’s head, who only has one frame of animation (this looks really strange when he dies), and the ghosts are replaced with the worst rips I’ve ever seen of Normal Turtles. (If you eat one of those power pellet things, they get nigh-invisible dark red letters above their heads). The whole graphics set looks extremely ripped and has that “I need to make this Jazz like I’ll spent two minutes rippiung things!” feel.
Pros: Jazz’s head actually didn’t turn out too badly.
Cons: The walls are too bright, the power pellet is ugly, the normal turtles are horrible.
Rating: 4.0
GAMEPLAY: Everyone knows how to play Pacman. You move around through a maze eating little yellow dots, avoid the ghosts, and eat special things which let you eat the ghosts. All of this is here. The main problems are… bugs.
One, you can turn around and crash into a wall. This is really annoying if you were hoping it would just turn as soon as you get to the intersection. Also, the ghosts have apparently no artificial intelligence at all, seeming to move randomly whenever they reach an intersection. Being scared does not seem to effect their behavior at all. And you appear to have infinite lives…
Pros: It’s recognizable as Pacman.
Cons: Too many flaws, not even the right layout.
Rating: 4.7
ORIGINALITY: Nothing is original in this except for converting it to Jazz (though I remember hearing something about Pacspaz from ET..). I recommend you go download a game called “Pacman Worlds”. It might inspire you somewhat.
Rating: 2.0
OVERALL: This is a rather poor Pacman takeoff – I hestitate to call it a clone – with strangely ripped graphics and poor gameplay. There is honestly not all that much else to say about this. You are still advised not to download this file. (This time it’s only 1,345 KB, though!)
Rating: 2.5
ERRATA: Apparently this entire game is an edit of some already made program. This lowers the rating by .5 (And I haven’t calculated it yet).
This tileset is one of the best conversions I ever seen. And I see it’s also your first one.
No tiles are missing. Every single tile of original Diamondus has been included, which means also the weird bird god from Birdland (who comes back in JJ2 Labrat tileset… is there any entrance to the Labrat3.j2l in Labrat2.j2l? I think not, because I haven’t found it even in the JCS). Also, lots of new tiles have been added. Vines, hooks, sucker tubes, background and even a poster with Devan, which is quite cool, except for the font. Another nifty addition is the “Now approaching” screenie. Too bad you used some other font and didn’t make any stars…
The masks are just the way they should be. Maybe even better, because actually the “Rabbits stink” sign was masked in JJ1. The new stuff is also well masked.
There is also an evening and night verion. The evening is OK, but the night rather confuses me. I still can’t make up my mind, is it too light or not? Oh well, at least there are whole three versions of this tileset. This doesn’t occur often.
Now, overall: this is a very good conversion, near to perfect. And that’s how I rate it. You can beat Violet CLM really soon… and this can be sooner than I can think, since I just noticed another conversion of yours on J2O… gotta go downloading. And reviewing, of course. Because I love collecting JJ1 conversions!
Ok, this is a bad level.
1: The blocks are only some of that pipes.
2: This is not a original level
that falling and that vine swinging
are from ‘‘Hot as well’‘.
3: No eyecandy.
4: but there are good enemy’s and
goodies placed.
5: Not many gems and foof is placed.
6: the rating: a 3,5 bad
This is a modification of the “Hit the Ball” example game that comes with Game Maker 4. Be sure to state that in the “other authors” section or description.

Level 1: Pipe Mosiacs
Eyecandy/Tile Placement: So-So here. Some parts look just plain odd (the beginning), and others look as they should be (clouds). 1/2
Flow: Only one real part in the level actually annoyed me, and that was the part where you had to freeze the springs then move down. Not bad here. 1.8/2
Possible with Jazz? Yes. .5/.5
Possible with Spaz? Yes. .5/.5
Total for level = 3.8/5 B
Level 2: Toxic Raceway
Eyecandy/Tile Placement: Pretty much dead on, except the light tricks can be very annoying. 1.9/2
Flow: Nice. Only sometimes it is possible to get confused on which way is the correct way to go. 1.9/2
Possible with Jazz? Yes. .5/.5
Possible with Spaz? Yes, albeit some parts are a lot tougher (Disappearing Floors). .4/.5
Total for level = 4.7/5 A
Level 3: Storm Tests
Eyecandy/Tile Placement: The colors get annoying. Otherwise, it’s O.K.. 1.6/2
Flow: Tests? Race? It can get – like most other tests – very annoying and tough. 1/2
Possible with Jazz? As with just about any other test, Yes. .5/.5
Possible with Spaz? Very hard, but possible with persistence. .2/.5
Total for level = 3.3/5 C
Level 4: Primitive Speed Laboratory
Eyecandy: The tubes on layers 2 and 1 can get annoying. But that’s it. 1.8/2
Flow: A tad more annoying then Storm Tests. Mostly because of all those darn springs and the pinball part at the end. .9/2
Possible with Jazz? Yes, but a bit tough. .3/.5
Possible with Spaz? Again, Pretty hard. Mainly the Pinball kept messing me up. .3/.5
Total for level = 3.3/5 C
Level 5: Tube Facility
Eyecandy: All is fine here. 2/2
Flow: AGH. Superannoying and Superconfusing. Superannoying for all the spring parts (one it is even possible to get stuck in and never be able to get out), and Superconfusing for the tubes at the beginning. 0.2/2
Possible with Jazz? EXTREMELY tough. I almost wanted to give up before i even got halfway through. .1/.5
Possible with Spaz? See above. .1/.5
Total for level = 2.4/5 D
Level 6: Asteroid Planets
Eyecandy: “Look mommy! I’m flying through space!” Very cool. 2/2
Flow: Jump Jump Jump. Not very cool. But it’s still a bit fun. ;p 1/2
Possible with Jazz? Of course! .5/.5
Possible with Spaz? If you have a ton of time to waste, yeah. Otherwise no. .1/.5
Total for level = 3.6/5 C
Level 7: Running Through The Rain
Eyecandy: Rain is falling. Not much else. 1.1/2
Flow: Jumping across clouds, Jumping fro beacon to beacon (i don’t know what else to call them, okay?) in the darkness, and hopping from platform to platform. Oh, and an airboard part. Feels partially like a race. 1.2/2
Possible with Jazz? Yes. .5/.5
Possible with Spaz? Sure. .5/.5
Total for level = 3.3/5 C
Level 8: Springy Pink
Eyecandy: Pink Pink. Could be better. 1.6/2
Flow: Albeit there’s a lot of springs in the level, this is actually a very nice race level. I didn’t really get annoyed except at some of the small parts. 1.9/2
Possible with Jazz? Yes. .5/.5
Possible with Spaz? Yes. .5/.5
Total for level = 4.5/5 A
Level 9: Spacy Raceway
Eyecandy: So-So. All the tiles on one of the front layers do is annoy me. 1/2
Flow: What? A maze in a race? An invisible spring maze too? It makes the race almost impossible if you don’t know what to do or which way to go. 0/2
Possible with Jazz? Yup. .5/.5
Possible with Spaz? Uh-Huh. .5/.5
Total for level = 2/5 D
Level 10: Head for the Crater
Eyecandy: Kinda missing here. Albeit the mountains and fade-to-black parts are cool. 1.4/2
Flow: Feels like a race. A real race, even. Only one thing to complain about, and that’s the part right after the fade-to-black spring part. 1.9/2
Possible with Jazz? Yah. No problems. .5/.5
Possible with Spaz? Yes. Again, nothing to complain about. .5/.5
Total for level = 4.3/5 A
Level 11: Ice Cold Speedway
Eyecandy: It’s snowing! Of course, almost all the bricks are bluish colored. Nice. Sorta. 1.7/2
Flow: Springs. Blue springs, of course. And freeze traps. And ice. Only one thing not so obvious. And that’s the belts on some of the bricks. But it still doesn’t mean the level is ruined because of them. It actually makes it a tad better. 1.7/2
Possible with Jazz? Yes. .5/.5
Possible with Spaz? The only part that kinda is hard is trying to jump over the water. .3/.5
Total for level = 4.2/5 B
Level 12: Flying Through The Milky Way
Eyecandy: Nice. Just tell me how you got those borders to work almost flawlessly. ;p 2/2
Flow: Airboard flight. One great race. The only thing i don’t get is the bombs and TNT part at the end. 1.9/2
Possible with Jazz? Of course! .5/.5
Possible with Spaz? Yes! .5/.5
Total for level = 4.9 A+ = Arguably the best level in the pack.
Level 13: Deep Under The Ground
Eyecandy: Short. Very short. .5/2
Flow: Vines and Bombs. Hitting springs while avoiding pinball bumpers. Horizontal spring puzzles. Trying to get to the other side by hitting pinball bumpers. Ack. .8/2
Possible with Jazz? Yes. .5/.5
Possible with Spaz? Yep. .5/.5
Total for level = 2.3/5 D
Level 14: Epileptic Pinball
Eyecandy: Just cool. VERY cool. The BG just makes it look as the name implies, Epileptic. Except if you play in low detail. It makes the level almost impossible. 1.9/2
Flow: Pinball puzzle after Pinball puzzle. Makes me get annoyed at the pinball bumper for once. 1.2/2
Possible with Jazz? Yes. .5/.5
Possible with Spaz? With a little trouble, yes. .4/.5
Total for level = 4/5 B
Total for pack = 7.5 (rounded) B
Great Job! This surely was fun to play while i was reviewing (save for some levels). Download Recommended.
An oldie. But a very original idea indeed. I downloaded it a while ago from Birdman’s nest. I enjoyed it a lot but it only really worked decently for 2-player split-screen mode. Onto the review drumroll:
Frog Race
Gameplay: Good, nice for a race level.
Eyecandy: Mediocre. I really didn’t like the belt part. It looked kinda weird with the tiles going all weird. Also the trees looked odd. Kinda ugly because the tops were joined badly.
Obsticle Placement: Standard.
Pickups Placement: N/A… you’re a frog you foo! :P
Length: A little too short. But when you’re frogs I guess you move a lot slower. So guess it’s fairly good.
Overall: A fairly good race level by Birdman. With a very original idea. 7/10 from me. A job well done.
