Good tileset – really better than original Tilests.
(Ok, we’ve got a nice introduction here, but you don’t follow through with it and explain why it’s so much better. Don’t make reviews like this. ~Violet)[This review has been edited by Violet CLM]

Have fun :) (remaking all the flipped tiles and animations…. )
Dan.
An awfully buggy level pack with pretty good eyecandy. It was a pretty fun time, but it was short. The last level, Devan kept bumping into the walls and every time he did it said “Chris is a redneq.” Okay, what the heck.. Heh, it only said it for one frame, so I had to pause the game really quick to see it. Anyway, fun but buggy, and you may have to cheat to get past an area where you get stuck in the last level. Also, you didn’t include the tileset for the NES Level.
Lori is turned away from all that’s happening, Jazz looks demonish with his red eyes and Spaz is falling to the left.(Quote)
It’s weird pack: Background only, without any icons, bad image quality.
RATING:
2.5
Hmmm… this can be good. Well, I’ll review it later. I’m looking forward to it!
EYECANDY: 2.5
GAMEPLAY: 2.7
ENEMIES: 1.5
PICKUPS: 1.2
In overall I’ll give this pack an 4.5 because, the same as Trafton, brings back memories. Oh yeah, why do you call them old levels that suck? If you think you’r levels suck, don’t put it on the site.
If you are wondering, Yes, that is the secret level music for deserto. This level is probably the only other one in the entire series that you morph into somthing else. A pretty straight forward level, you change into a lizard. This secret level is accessable in level 1 (Near the exit sign)
Well, looking at the tileset it looks quite nice. The ground tiles look extremely complex and so does the backround eyecandy and stuff. Skeleton animation nicely made. The sucker tube looks a bit cutoff when it turns. Has some greyish backround tiles, backround is interesting. The theme is quite new and interesting, and unique tilesets are good. This is definately worth a download, not the best tileset but one you should have in your jj2 folder. Apologies for the short review, I am not in a long review mood now and the past few days. Final rating is 8.2 and a download reccomendation.
Ok, I admit that colored names get quite annoying in CTF, and this program does a good job of fixing it(as far as I could tell). But why rate it 10? It doesn’t do that much exept change CTF names, which isn’t that much. Though it is good to have this around, it isnt the “perfect program” or something. I still think this would be quite handy though. I can’t rate this because I am unable to host a CTF level (any level for a matter of fact) so I can’t see how it works. Rating will stay N/A until I get a close glimpse of exactly what this does.
Ok, since I am able to host, I might as well edit this review sooner or later and give this a rating. The layout of the program is basic and simple. Even a 4 year old can understand it. Plus there is even a picture of a lizard on it for extra detail. Though the program does what it is suppose to and works great, I find that I don’t really have much use for it since not too many people have colored names. Though it is good to have this on your hardrive because you may find that you will need it sooner or later, and it is a good addition to any CTF lover. Though I’m not giving it as high as a 9.5 or a 10 because I find I rarely need it and it doesn’t do much else other than bleach names, it does what it is suppose to, and is easy to comprehend and use. I’ll give this program an 8.7, and hope that you will continue making effective programs like this one. Great Work! [This review has been edited by Blackraptor]This level pack is amazing. It has a great story, and interesting puzzles, and good-looking levels.
A very basic tileset, but not a bad one…
Graphics: most of the graphics were just fine. Nothing special.
Eyecandy: lots of that. This tileset almost CONSISTS of eyecandy…
Animations: many animations. And good ones. The skeleton is kinda weird, though…
Competition: I don’t think there are many tilesets with the same theme. Actually, the theme is hard to describe.
Masks: very good. Nothing to say.
Overall: average tileset worth a download.

Hey! Nice!
The level almost looks like a Borg Ship
Really i mean it!
Cool!!
Huh? Twise an upload, don’t upload same levels!
Hm, “A Shot For A Diamond”, an interesting name. The weapon placement was okay, you can hop around freely, lot’s of springs for the gameplay. A good, big level. The eyecandy is a bit overused in my opinion. The autor have used layer 5, wich is a background layer, for eyecandy on sprite layers. I think the autor have used almost every layer, much eyecandy on the foreground. An when you use to much eyecandy, the level get’s ugly and not very attracive.
GAMEPLAY: Good! 8.5
EYECANDY: Bad to medium: 6.5
PICKUPS: Pickups are hard to place, good spreaded. Good to very good: 9.0
FUN FACTOR: Good, but I won’t play it again I think… 7.5
CONCLUSION:
A good old Diamondus level, lot’s of eyecandy and pickups. Doesn’t get boring and your hop around because there are many springs and poles. To bad you have used some layers bad. That cave stuff on layer 3 doesn’t look very good. But I think it’s your best level so far, keep up the good work and practise on eyecandy!
Trafton, instead of writing such a long and irritating review, you could have just said something about the thing the author actually changed, which is a spring and a copter… it’s totally useless to write all taht stuff about the tileset use, the eyecandy… we all know it, ok?
Ok, now for the real review…
So, you changed the copter with springs. That was a good idea. I actually never had any problems with that copter, and this level has been edited so many times, but it’s still nice to think about fixing problems… I’m glad you changed the shield with a fastfire. Nothing is more irritating than a polish or dutch rookie who doesn’t know a word of english and who always uses that shield…(I’ve got nothing against dutch or polish folks, mind you. I’m dutch myself. But these two nationnalities are very often seen online and not all of them speak english.)
Overall: good you though about it, but it’s not nececarry to download. Evrybody could do it.
I won’t give a rating for this, since all you did was adding a few events.
My pal DanX told me there is a way, and he posted something like that on forums. Just keep your eyes open and go search.
