I almost uploaded this in two versions which had alternate teams attacking/ defending, meh. Also, finding the music for this was ANNOYING. I wanted something different, not some completely overused tune like mech8 or revenge of the cats or whatever. I remember back a few years ago I actually liked finding musics for levels cause I used to be good at it and people would even ask me to get music for their levels, but now I find it annoying because I'm almost never satisfied with what I find and it takes me ages now, and I have no patience for it. Dammit people, make better music or something =|. Sucks that you can't use mp3s or anything cause that wouldve made it easier for me but whatever. Anyways, I don't care what rating this gets. This is my first and only completed assault level, which was going to be part of an OLC assault pack I think but that idea is now long dead. The only thing I hope is that I used the tileset better than most people because I heard a lot of complaints about this set unable to really produce good levels, so I hope that this level dispells that rumor or something, meh. I'm relieved to finally get the dust off this level and to get it off my shoulders. Not that people would play this anyways, but whatever. I also had to move the entire level after it was finished 30 tiles to the right =|. This is due to problems with the fly carrots not respawning and me not wanting to relocate them. Thanks to BlurredD for suggesting me to do this (although he probably implied moving the fly carrots 30 tiles away from the left edge, not the entire level). ___________________________________________________________________________ __________ Stuff to keep in mind: If you find the order of crates confusing, look for numbers next to the crates/passages to the crates, they should help. Also, there are green/red switches next to each crate, red means you cant access the crate or you can, but it hasn't been destroyed yet. Crate number 4 is kinda important cause it opens the way to like 4 different crates, so keep that in mind (2 are in the main factory building, found on split passages on the top part, and the other two are in the very top/very bottom right). For those who still don't get it, look at the freaking level map >O. Also, you don't need TNT to blow up the large group of destruct bombs, but you DO need it to blow up that one block between the three reactor things. And then you win \o/ And dont complain about bad flow or anything, the masking in this set pretty much sucks so deal with it k? k. That's pretty much it I guess. I dont remember betatesters since it was like a year ago but they were probably the typical people I get to test my levels (FS, Blur, pretty much anyone else I know who's just on at the right time), though I think this level provided some games with a mid/large amount of people during its testing phase, but Im not sure. If this level happens to be in your cache or something before I uploaded it, then congratulations, you're a betatester and you've contributed to the greatness of this level ;) ___________________________________________________________________________ ___________ -----------------------| Enjoy, I guess. More stuff might come soon, >MAYBE< ___________________________________________________________________________ ___________ Merry Christmas and stuff, too. Don't OD on all the candy and eggnog and stuff.
