Usage:

MAPPER:
-The directory must contain 'HEADER.000' and a level file to read from. No
files will be overwritten; the JAZZ directory is the best place
-Enter the name of the level file you wish to extract and the resolution
you want (1x, 2x, 4x, 8x, 16x or 32x)
-Data will be exported as 'OUTPUT.BMP'

Any power of two can be used as the resolution; your best bet is 4x or 8x,,
which are nice and small, a 1x btmap is 16 MB in size and quite large.
