Buster CTF Pack 2 | Buster_Snowbunny | Capture the flag | 7 |
Buster CTF Pack 2 Small set of two levels. Normally I would hate to put out so few levels at a time, but, as is true with all of my levels, these are unpassworded and you can feel free to add them to any level packs or string them together for a server however you choose. That said, we come to the levels: Dark Night CTF How is it that people can find something to say about all of their levels? I don't know how they do it. There isn't much to say about this. It's a simple little level, and I like it (of course, if I didn't, I wouldn't release it.) Amazonian Hare Okay, I have a word or two to say about this ;) This one was made using Agama's Swamp tileset. I made use of it in a very different fashion than he did in his example level. Actually, I used it a lot like the JJ2 Jungle set, but the Swamp set allows for some neat depth with the tree foilage. There are plenty of powerups in this level, but most of them are in the trees. I couldn't resist that. Also of note, I couldn't decide whether to use the night or day part of his tileset. I choose day, because I have to release it with something, but if you like you can feel free to change it to night (or evening). You'll have to download his set to do that though, since those parts are not included here. It's a good set, so don't be afraid. P.S. It has been noted that the set is somewhat buggy, but I found these claims to be highly exagerated. The biggest bug I see is the lack of some diagonal tiles for the brightest leaf colors (a point you'll only understand if you look at the tileset). Everything else seemed easy to make use of, or work around.
