The two extra levels (MLS7thLavaFall.j2l, and MLSJehlevator.j2l)
are included so you can start a stand alone server. A stand alone
server is a server that continuously plays the same level. In other
words; start a multiplayer game with one of the MLS levels, in
order to play the same level over and over again, without switching
between the two.

Previous versions were unspecified; however, refering to them

Found fatal bug in 1.0's Jehlevator level-- namely, the flag
can be captured by touching the bottom of the base. Fixed by
doubling the wall height. Released 090900 at 2150 hours, EST.

No changes to anything, except the readme. Fully compatable
(will not require a redownload of the levels over the net) with
the previous versions. Released 091300 2032 hours, EST.
Special thanks to Douglas for his report stating that JCS/Jazz could
not find the tileset, or the level.
Why? Anyone using an older version of pkzip will unzip the files, and
they may not contain spaces, or may be limited to eight charactors.
In order to fix this problem, you need a newer version of pkzip.

7th Lava Fall: 42 seconds, 18 milliseconds
Jehlevator: 12 seconds

Other Tests

Both levels were tested by various people (thank you!) to ensure a mostly
error free enviroment. If you are subject to dizziness from playing these
levels, we suggest you try turning off the scrolling layers, by selecting
low detail. Yes, it makes the level look ugly, but oh well.*
* However, errors were found later and fixed in 1.2 :)
Notes:
-------------------
The Mech8-2 music is Mechanism Eight, by Necros; it's been modified to
repeat
properly during this level... I tried shooting a note off to necros@fm.org,
but the address doesn't exist anymore. But hey, I doubt Andy minds one bit
:)
(Note: Mech8 has been around long before UT :)
A little bit of art was ripped from Unreal/UT, to make the tileset
production
faster (basicly, most of the foreground and background art has been ripped;
everything else is pretty much original).
All noteable cheesiness in these levels can most likely be accounted to any
of the following: El Nino, Microsoft, Global Warming, Clinton, Gore,
Enviromentalist Wackos, New Agers, Mainstream Press, Communists,
Socialism/Liberalism, Gun Control, a Warning Lable somewhere, or DethMan.
If you noticed any cheesiness not caused by the above variables,
then please keep it to yourself, as no one will believe you. :)

-= TROUBLE SHOOTING SECTION =-

Here are a few known issues you may have problems with.
"HELP! I can't play the game once unzipped! It says 'could
not find level file or tileset for ml7thlavafall.j2l!'"
Older versions of pkzip may unzip files without spaces, or limit
them to eight charactors in length.
Solution: Download a newer version of pkzip from www.pkware.com (availible
for both DOS and Windows), or winzip from www.winzip.com; and unzip the
files again.
"HELP! I get dizzy from playing the Jehlevator!"
Solution: If you get dizzy from playing any of these levels, try turning on
Low Detail
mode under options.
"HELP! I don't see any internet servers running!"
The internet list server may be down, or you may need to download
the registry patch, in order to list the servers from a secondary
listserver. This patch is availible at www.planetjeh.com/mystic
You may also need to use Netscape and shift-click on the file in order
to force a download, as many browsers will display it in text mode.
"HELP! What's the reason for the blue gem?"
Do be quiet, people shouldn't know about that sort of thing.

Election 2000
Say, don't forget to vote in the upcoming election! Here are some of the
issue differences
between Gore and Bush:
(these have not been gleaned from an official issue comparison chart; as
these charts
have not been published yet... if you're interested, send me a note, and I
might be
able to get a hold of one for you. All of the following is off the top of
the head, so
if I missed something, or I've incorrectly quoted an issue, let me know;
one thing I'm
not completely sure about, is if Bush is for vouchers, but I believe he
is).

Some interesting facts: Gore wants to eventually turn two thirds of the US
into wild life
reserves, with no human interaction allowed; he is a known extreme
enviromentalist (read his
book, if you question the idea... otherwise don't; it's disgusting) The
democrats have opposed virtually all tax cuts within the last eight years
(when the Clinton/Gore
administration was/is in power); Clinton/Gore vetoed the recent Marriage
Tax Penalty Relief Bill,
along with the Estate Tax bill, which would have relieved the vast taxes
placed on inheriting
any kind of money, land, and posessions which may have been left to you.
They also increased
taxes early in their administration to monstrous amounts. Gore is also
known to double back on
his issues, and freely lies almost as much as Clinton. For example, Gore
actually claimed
earlier in his reign that he was against abortion... now he claims to have
talked to various
women, who have supposedly convinced him otherwise. In short, Gore is wishy
and washy.
George W. Bush actually doesn't have a Jr. at the end of his name, while
Gore does... strangely,
the media enjoys throwing out propaganda calling Bush "Daddy's Boy" and
"Bush Jr." when in fact,
he isn't. Bush is a known conservative, is for tax cuts, against abortion,
and for business; Gore
has been known to talk nicely in public about business, and the private
sector, but his record
shows him to be adamantly against business, ripping apart various
companies. Gore was actually
"sold" a government oil reserve field in CA; it was sold to the Gore
family's oil company, and
has a value at over 2 million (I'm not sure about the value, if I'm quoting
it right...). Bush
has been known to be solid in his stances, and he has not been known to
double back on issues
constantly, as Clinton/Gore have.
Please encourage all of your friends to vote as well; as things may change,
I encourage you
to drop me an email for more recent information, such as direct issue
comparisons, etc.

How To Play This Level:

1) Unzip all the files into your Jazz2 directory.
It's OK to overwrite the readme file.
2) To play the level, go to Single Player -> Home Cooked Levels
and select the level from the list. See above for the level & file
name.
3) To play (in multiplayer), go to New Game -> Party Mode -> Internet
Play -> Start (select
the mode CTF, and type in the level "mljehlevator," or "ml7thlavafall").
You will most likely need the listserver patch to play, which should be
availible on
the Mystic Legends website (www.planetjeh.com/mystic).

Legal Type Stuff:

1) Don't change the file name or zip name.
2) Any distribution of this zip file MUST contain all level files, readme
files and any other files needed to make the level function correctly
such as tile sets or additional music. See above for the zip file
listing.
3) This level must be credited to "Mystic Legends" on all download pages.
4) Don't change/alter the level in any way without Mystic Legends
permission.
