TSF with JJ2+ Only: Diam Mountain duo-pack... jjturbo9 Single player 5.6 Download file

File preview

Just copy&paste/extract the files in your jj2+ folder.

This newest version now also includes a 2nd level where Devil Devan
traveled to Diam Mountain to have the Diamonds for himself. You are there
to stop him though. You have the option to collect some diamonds yourself
first, but you can just run to the boss area and skip the diamonds. It's up
to the player. It's playable for all 3 characters but Jazz can get a
highscore more easily and it's more optimized for him. There's differences
in difficulty for easy/normal/hard/turbo mode. And the tileset is also
upgraded.

Made this for my own fun but it turned out better than expected so I wanted
to share it to see if others enjoy it too. I optimized the level to play as
Jazz but you can try it with the others if you want I guess. Purple Spaz
(Spazey) is a side-character in the level. And Eva helps too.

I encourage you to try and beat it without debug mode nor cheat-codes nor
using jcs to look at the level. But if you beat it feel free to explore the
level however you like of course.

I put a password to the lvl though, just to discourage looking at the level
via jcs for the first time. But you'll get the password to open it with JCS
if you beat the boss (the text appears shortly). So feel free to see how
it's made.

The level has some puzzle elements and also a maze, but also parts where
you can just progress fast, blasting away. And some area's have many
enemies, but it's balanced out with enough carrots and power-ups for the
gun.

Good luck and have fun claiming Diam Mountain from Tuf Turtle Boss.

There's differences for easy/normal/hard/turbo mode and you should play it
as Jazz. There might be 1 speedrun strat that skips a part of the puzzle
(the sugar rush part) above but it's only for advanced players, and even
for them it's not easier, just maybe a bit faster if you practice it a lot.
But it requires very precise control in a way I don't recommend but it's
what the player decides.

You can also check out the run-through video on YT, I recommend trying to
play it yourself first (on ez and/or normal and/or hard mode) if you
downloaded it anyways. You could use it to understand how to progress if
you can't figure the puzzle out yourself. But watching it first is fine
too, up to the player. A complete run-through of lvl 1 and 2 is here:
