 STORY:

 Medieval earth, a hidden village somewhere in Africa. There's no 
leader of the people; they know what to do - even alone. You're one of the
Defenders of the peace. Every Defender has its own master. This master is 
like a god for them. If the Defenders has a problem, the master helps them
 to solve it.
 But some years ago, just before you completed your trainings, and
became a Defender, the wizards of the village revealed a secret gate in
the Forest of the Damned. A few years later, they realised that the
gate will teleport them somewhere. The most powerful warriors entered
the gate, but none returned.
 The wizards call that area the Darkness.
Now, there are some problems in the Darkness: something is preparing
to come through the gate. Some Defenders went there, but none returned
yet, so the masters decided to send the next member of the Defenders.

 This will be you. The forest - whatever is inside it - is near the
 Walls of Cercia, the only place where the soldiers might stop the 
enemy. First, you must try to close the gate. Be prepared: the leader of 
the soldiers won't believe you. He does not believe anybody. But you must 
understand him; after 50 years of fighting for peace...
 But this won't be your biggest problem.

 Be prepared, warrior.
