I have a doubt it would be anything like JJ2. I’d imagine it to be more like JJ3 mechanics wise, albeit more established with jump physics that don’t suck. If it is like jj2, plus would probably still kick its ass in most aspects, except on the graphics side.

Maybe I’ll get it because Jazz. But at least this would revive the community either way. I’m one of those players who is into JJ2 because of the community content, as the official content itself is meh.

I’m not sure they’ve started production at all. If not, I wonder if this might be like Epic’s new Unreal Tournament game, where they solicit community opinions on potential gameplay/etc. pretty much constantly as they go along.

Whatever the case, it’s way more good news than we’ve gotten in a long time. I’ll take it.

Although I was hyped, I remained a little skeptical. The first thing I questioned was “Wait he wouldn’t have the rights anymore, so since when did he get them? And I thought he long moved on from that franchise.”.

I doubt it’s a Jazz game, but if it does:
- It should stay a side scroller. Mega Man X7 tried this whole 3d thing and it tunred out to be a mess` Then they turned X8 back into a side scroller and it was a great game.
- Improve the boss fights, ‘cause they’ pretty sucked so far.
- Bring back Alexander Brandon to compose the music.
- I don’t know, just make it a Jazz game!@#%$^

Finally, we will have a sequel to Jazz Jackrabbit Advanced!
