JJ2+ and MLLE updated

JJ2+ version 5.10 is out on all platforms! Head on over to ModDB for the highlights with some cool video snippets.
Because 5.10 introduces a lot of new layer options, MLLE has also been updated to let you play with them using a GUI.

You can fix that by opening Windows Defender, and choosing:
Protection against viruses and threats > Virus and threat protection settings > Manage settings > Exclusions > Add or remove exclusions
then choosing the installer file.

Take a look at plusLayers.j2l and plusLayers.j2as, which are included with JJ2+.
