On CTF or Battle gamemodes every 5 kills your kill rating raises (If you not dyed yet).
Killing Spree = 5 Kills
Rampage = 10 Kills
Dominating = 15 Kills
Unstoppible = 20 Kills
GodLike = 25 Kills
Wicked Sick = 30 Kills (Highest Rank)
