This unique double feature presents the two best levels of the past week/month/whatever because I just couldn’t decide between them! (and because a lot of time has passed.)
Snooze (yet again!) impresses us with his talent at levelmaking by creating a level which stands in stark contrast with his Dream Stage. Colourful bright plains are everywhere in sight, even if you are in the heat of battle with Devan-knows-who. The flowers add smudges of pink to the overly green landscape, making the world more vivid. An impeccable creation that certainly deserves Featured Download recognition is… just part one of our feature.
While this is not one of Snooze’s best levels, it’s still pretty good. The eye candy is really good.. very good usage of the cave tiles.

Simple and inoffensive, but quite well done nonetheless.

The second part of our feature brings us a Single Player level, a challenging and quite long adventure through dark woods. The black (literally!) background adds a layer of mistery over the wild tenebres of the forest, which can really make an atmosphere. The first time someone plays this level, however, they will be greeted with a pit in the first 5 seconds, which contributes to the frustration created by the bee. Overall, a solid level worthy of your attention.
The eyecandy in this level was in one word brilliant! The lianas and such are pretty nice and the plants and the water effects are well done.

I liked the eyecandy and cave-like atmosphere; it was a refreshing change from the typical swamps level.

Well, I guess this is the end. I’m not going to be part of the community for quite a long time and I’m not going to be writing FD reviews either.
I’m sorry if I disappointed you but life took a dump on my head and life is slowly chipping my interest away from this game. I will return at some point, but for now, I want to thank you for the memories and see you soon!

Backups have been restored now; some content might’ve been lost. Our apologies for the downtime. ~Stijn]
