My tileset Stagarious is a planet in the Jazz universe, this is it’s tournament batling place.
A fitting sized level- concidering the amount of players now a days per game.
RF,Bouncy and Blaster power-ups and ammo for those power-ups + Pepper Spray (8) and FrostBiter (3). Enjoy. -Nitro
Ah, another battle. Let’s get started.
Eyecandy: I can’t say much at all about the eyecandy in this level. The eyecandy is simple, yet a bit too simple. No vines, not much backround or foreground. Just a few blocks, with a tree near the bottom of the level. There aren’t many features, which may make the level a bit boring.
Weapons/Placement: The weapon placement was pretty well done. Most of it was tucked within corners. Some beside walls. The amount of ammo was fairly well, not too much not too little. The only problem is that too many powerups seemed hidden in walls.
Gameplay: The gameplay was fairly good, no trouble for Jazz or Spaz to run through the level. That’s a good point of not having much details in a level.
Overall, I recommend this to people who enjoy a simple level with good gameplay. I give it a 6.2
The placement was meant to be so and it’s ok it deserves more then a 6.2.
But I don’t feel to make review so cyas.
Well ehr…
You used a nice tileset for this, the gameplay is verry good, a lil bit much ammo, and very less eyecandy.
MR. magoo is right, a nice simple battle level, this 7 is a bit high rated but it’l do :)
Worth an 7! :O
It seems that battle levels are usually of lesser quality than those made for CTF.
This is no exception. The level is good, but weapon placement is skitzophrenic at some points. Worth a download, though.
