This is a pack containing all 6 levels which I created in 1998 and 1999.
And now a piece of history:
25th October 1998: Back to Carrottus – This was my first level created in JCS. The setting is of course Carrottus.
31st October 1998: Medival Night – Not more than a week later I’ve released the second level. It was planned to be even better than my first one but somehow, somewhere in the process of creating this lev things went wrong and I ended with a close-to-low average level… I’m very dissapointed by it.
28th December 1998: Morph Machine – Almost two months later The Morph Machine is born. A tough level with the most ammount of carrots you’ll ever see… but even then the level is very hard to beat. I managed to beat it after 10th try I think. It’s actually an experimental level.
31st December 1998: Diamond Rabbit – It took me only 3 days to create this level and so far it’s the best one I’ve ever made! Try to find all the secrets ;) Believe me you won’t manage teehee.
30th January 1999: Coldest Winter is realesed as the demo level of an episode I started working on – Project: IceAge. The episode itself wasn’t released…
The Coldest Winter is another great level – my second favourite.
7th April 1999: Burning Cave – the test of this level was only given to few of my friends. I don’t think it was ever realesed to public. The level itself is not so good as I’d like it to be but it’s still fun.
And that’s all folks. Have fun and expect some new levels very soon :)
These levels are pretty good, my favourite one is “Diamond Rabbit”, which I got from level pack of The Secret Files version, also i used some AngelScript codes like palette changing and Schwartzenguard as a shell after he is defeated. Also I can use not-buttstomp Bolly and Bilsy which ignores bullets.
Back to carrotus:
Tileset use: the tileset was used rather good, but I noticed mistakes. 7.5
Layout: layout was a bit boring at many parts of the level. 6
Weapon placement: the weapon placement was fairly good. Maybe a bit less weaponnery would have been better. 7
Ennemi placement: bad. Way too much ennemies. 3
Goodies: good enough. A little too much carrots. 5
Eyecandy: backgrounds are OK. On layer 4, most of the eyecandy was only some dancing flowers. 6.5
Average for 1st lvl: 5.8
Medival Night:
Tileset use: perfect. No mistakes(at least I didn’t notice any). 10
Layout: boring. Everything was a bit empty. 4
Weapon placement: Bad. There weren’t enough weapons. 3
Ennemi placement: Bad. Here again a bit too much. 3.5
Goodies: not much of that. Infact, I believe there were only a few carrots and a bout 10 food thingies throughout the whole level. 3.5
Eyecandy: really not enough. I didn’t spot any eyecandy on layer 4, exept for a few flags, and there was rain on layer 1, which moved to slowly. 2
Average rating for 2nd level: 4.3
Morph Machine:
Tileset use: not too good. I noticed many errors. For example you used things that are supposed to go on layrs 5-7 on layer 4. 5
Layout: There was some interresting stuff. 7
Weapon placement: not very good. There weren’t enough weapons. 4.5
Ennemi placement: bad. Mostly too many sparks. 4
Goodies: Here and there some food and gems. But way too many carrots! 2.5
Eyecandy: Layers 5-7. Some stuff on layer 4. Fair enough. 5.5
Average rating for this level: 4.75
Diamond Rabbit:
Tileset use: Very good. I only saw a few errors. 9.5
Layout: also good. Very interresting at most parts. 8
Weapon placement: not likely the best I ever saw, but reasonable. 7
Ennemi placement: here again, way too much ennemies. 3
Goodies: Mostly placed well, but at some parts, there were really too much goodies. 5
Eyecandy: Layers 5-7. Some stuff on layer 4. Could be better. 7
Average rating for this one: 6.58
Coldest Winter:
Tileset use: inferno is a tileset which is very hard to use… But I didn’t see any mistake! Good job! 10
Layout: Fairly good. 7
Weapon placement: Could have been a bit more on some parts. 7
Ennemi placement: too much badguys. 3
Goodies: Mostly reasonnable, but espesially on one part there were way too much goodies. 5
Eyecandy: Layers 5-7. Some stuff on layer 4. Good. 7
Average rating for this lvl: 6.5
Burning Cave:
Tileset use: same as “Coldest Wainter”. 10
Layout: actually very good. 9
Weapon placement: could be better. 7
Ennemi placement: too much. 3
Goodies: Fairly good. 7
Eyecandy: same as “Coldest Winter”.7
Average rating for this level: 7.2
Overall: 5.855, let’s make that 6.
Download recommandation: yes
Advice for downloaders: don’t waste all your ammo. You might need some of it to finish.
Crunch! Here we go again. Well, it’s time for a review.
But I don’t wanna write comments this time, so here’s the points and overall rating.
Eyecandy 7/10
Design 7/10
Originality 8/10
Gameplay 6/10
Including 7/10
Pickup and enemy placement 3/10
Effects + other 5/10
+ or – extra points:
-2 points: You should link the levels to each others, and hide the other levels except first.
Overall 5.8571429 Counted with an calculator of course. So this is an average level.
My ratings:
10 =Perfect level
8-9.7 =good level
7-7.7 =Medium level
5-6.7 =Average level
3-4.7 =Bad level
1-2.7 =Poor level
N/A =I don’t rate
Well the levels were not intented to be connected with each other, because they do not officially create an episode. Each level is a standalone level and not part of an episode. :) So it’s IMHO better if each one can be accessed from the HC list.

Reply to Sun Fun Dude: I just returned :)
And I\‘ve started working on a Project of mine… actually two projects :)
Project Alpha and Project Beta. More about Project Alpha you can read on the discussion board in the JCS section.
And as for Project Beta… you\‘ll just have to wait and see :)
Expect something new in April.

I downloaded these ages ago! Your still in the comunity? Your making new lvls?
Heh, I’ve downloaded this just for… Let’s say: to view what things can make other Polish Jazzers. First of all, I want to say that I hate writing.
I’ve played all levels, expect the Diamond Rabbit, because Polish Jazzers have it on TSF CD :).
The eyecandy is good. No bugs like flying trees. I must agree with other reviewers and say that there are too much enemies. I like the Morph Machine on Tubelectric. Fun get-safe-to-exit level (it reminds me a map called Jailbreak when I played loong ago StarCraft).
Overall, a 7.5. It isn’t a perfect pack, but isn’t d00f like Bjarni-style levels.[This review has been edited by ScionFighter]
