This tileset is a strange dimension which looks like mixed tiles from JJ1. It includes 3 tilesets. Each of them uses a different color palette.
The weakest of the Agama tilesets. The drawing quality is lower than that of other Agama sets (although it is still pretty good), and the theme is not too justified. On the bright side of things, this tileset contains of a lot of originality and is ideal for creating an abstract level.
Well, Its a great tileset with many many uses. Nice colour.
The colors look AWESOME. The eyecandy, is one of the best in tilesets ive ever seen. There are very few missing tiles, but i can go with that. Some nifty animations are in, and cool design. Its userfriendly ok, not to hard, not to easy. You can make some seriously great levels with this. There are even 3 versions of this, so you have a small variety to choose from. This is one of the best tilesets on j20, and should get a high rating.[This review has been edited by Blackraptor]
Next, my long review:
EYECANDY: There are lots of eyecandy tiles here, even though it doesnt look mych like it at first. The dark diamond tiles and the glowing blue tiles can be used as eyecandy, as well as many others. There is a good and cool backround in all of them, i was exceptionally fond of the blue backround, it looked very textured and neat. Also, there are some good ol’ tubes for layer 3, and some yellow sparkles? for eyecandy (could be used as eyecandy) There are also transparent green stuff coming out of the ground which looks like a tunnel that can be used as layer 3 (note, make the green stuff transparent for tunnel, but its not transparent automatically) So the eyecandy can be good with this, although not the best, still very good.
MAIN TILES: I was kind of missing the destruct blocks, but there are some cool sucker tubes in all of them. There were also some nice looking poles, and an exit sign (the white flag which you can make animate), but its still missing some.
ANIMATIONS: Some excellent animations here, there are lots, so far, i think these tilesets arein the top 10 of having the most animations. Some small animations include the purple fizz in the walls and the blue moving stuff in the horizontal tubes, as well as the moving disks (or platforms, whatever you call them) which are like elevators. There are wires for destruction, and waterfalls and rivers of green water (or slime). There are fans included, which do NOT look like the onbes from fanolint, similar, maybe, but not alike. There is an animating flag for the finsih etc. There are also big animations, such as all those blue walls and things, and the tubes’ cages (yes yes, this isnt a big animation, but i forgot to mention it so why not mention it now). There are also many other animations like those electrci things sticking out of the ground and all, so top marks for animations.
USERFRIENDLY: This brings the mark down a bit. It took me a while to get used to the glowing blue walls, but when i did it took me a while to get used to the golden pipes used as eyecandy (i still didnt get used to them). Then what do you now, its time for me to waste 5 days getting used to the golden sparkles. Yes, the xample level helped me get used to all those, but not entirely, i still had loads of trouble along the way. Well, these are very complicated tilesets, all 3 of them, but they are still good, but this brings the mark down loads, like i said before.
COLOR: U think this has color, oh yeah, tons of color. Each of the 3 versions of this have a different color palette, silver gold and bronze, all of them very colorful. There are glowing colorful walls, colorful sparkles, and tubes as well as colorful animations and a colorful backround and a colorful everything. The color here is great, and revives the mark by a lot.
OTHER COMMENTS: Definately in my top ten, this tileset, in my opinion, has a futuristic theme, which is kinda cool, but a bit common. Sirius, one of the best tilesets on j20 is made by agama, one of the best tileset makers on j20. Althought this is the worst tileset agama uploaded, it still gets a 9! Download this or youll be missing out on a lot, for these tilesets can make excellent and well rated levels, once you get used to the tilesets though. Download this for sure, you wont want to miss out on something like this![This review has been edited by Blackraptor]
Wow! This tileset is great. This sure does look like jazz1, but it is completely origninal instead. Don’t worry about that though, because it is just as high quality as a jazz1 set, if not better. The tileset has all of the essencials, plus a couple of cool features such as an elevator. Almost any type of level can be created with this set, although I think it would be easier to make a multiplayer level with it. As soon as I finish my current level, I am going to try and use this tileset and see if I come up with anything good. Most of the time I don’t even consider using most tilesets, and only download them so I can play levels made with them. This is one exception though, and I congratulate the authour for making a tileset this good. Although I still think the tileset “Heaven” is a bit better, I am awarding this an 8.7, which is a pretty high score for me to give out.
Please continue making tilesets, Agama, because the quality of your work rivals all of todays current expert tileset makers.
wow indeed, mike :) these are 3 very kewl futuristic tilesets, by the same author of the very good heaven (and boy do we love heaven, right?). Although not as big as heaven, and not as much stuff in it, i still love this one very much. actually it doesnt need as much tiles as i think al the kewl stuff is already in it! therefore, i give it a real good 9 for a real good tileset..or 3 tilesets :) download it plz..if u dont, your jazzlife has no sense..:P
Oh wow…the guys are right: another awesome(!!!) tileset creation from my neighbour country Czechia!
“Sirius” (actual name in JCS is “Dimensions”) consists of nearly 700(!) best looking tiles and has all kinds of fancy stuff like animations, vines, poles, a swinging f1 racing finish flag, large golden tubes and so on (too much to list it here). It comes in three different versions using three different shades/palettes…gold, silver and bronze if i’m not completely wrong. The masking is also very good (and it is NOT automasked, JelZe ;-).
Not to forget the stunning single player example level Agama put in the pack: eyecandy fever! Looks real beautiful, if you ask me. For the background, the author chose “Rocket Life”, a classic Fasttracker MOD by Laxity of MoN, a danish elite tracker. The tune fits great.
As you probably noticed, i really REALLY like this tileset pack. It is quite impressing and without any doubt, i RECOMMEND iT AS A MUST DOWNLOAD FOR ALL OF YOU!
But now…go ahead and make some good (battle :-) levels, Jazzers!
And Agama, a gold medal is reserved for you.
Man I love Agama’s stuff.. Mmm. This is really good. You should download this. IMMEDIANTLY !
hint Agama should fit well in the possum team hint[This review has been edited by Newspaz]
Mint Agama Your Tileset is cool and so is the level. All I have to say are the best things in the world. :-)
I believe the official name of “Czechia” is The Czech Republic, Aiko :p
Yet again, another amazing tileset from Agama. He already surprised with the Heaven tileset, but this one’s the same quality. Like the author said, it looks like mixed tiles from JJ1. Here’s what i discovered (they only LOOK like JJ1 tiles, mind you):
- glowing walls from Tubelectric
- pipes from Orbitus
- fans from Fanolint
The example level (i wish Agama had shown off each of the three sets ;) ) has great eye candy and music (rocket.xm, see Aiko the music expert’s review), but thats all there is too it. O well, can’t win’em all :)
This is a MUST-download, just like the Heaven tileset :)
- JelZe GoldRabbit
Sweet! They look like good candidates for race levels. I must mark down for lacking some chief tiles, but this tileset has some ruX0r other ones!
Wanna join ELM, the premier level designer group? ;)
[EDIT: The Grammar Nazi forced me to edit this sucka’.][This review has been edited by SteelTalon]
Excellent tileset. Easy to use, nice eyecandy (i love the golden pipe effect when you make the pipes translucent.. :) There aren’t too many tiles to make a person confused, and almost everything is well grouped together…
Well done Agama.. Keep up the good work!
WoW! I just can’t believe it! All i have to say is COOL.
The tilesets look awesome!
This deserves a 9.5 and a DOWNLOAD RECOMENDATiON from me.
Agama is a master at designing tilesets, IMO.
The perfect description for this would be ‘jazz 1 tileset remake.’
The tileset has big parts and presumably the idea of the tubelectric 1, the orbitus and the crisilis tilesets in jazz 1, but way better looking and adjusted to jazz 2 play, as most of the others actually really arent.
The tileset is big enough and has loads of animations and layer potential so it leaves me with only one rating to give.
Yes you’ve guessed it.
I know there are already losts of reviews about this extremely good tileset but I just want to rate this kinda “piece of perfect” :-) I think this is a very wild, Cool tileset that will make u fight. Thats why I think this tileset is great for battles. Very nice funky colours and things…yes, this is how a tileset should be. :)
Overall this is really my style and I think almost everybody should like it..yes if I check the other reviews ;)
Keep up the GREAT tileset making agama.
Do you know what this is? Hyper TubelectricFanolint. =) It’s really high quality, plenty of tiles and eye candy, and lots of other stuffs. DOWNLOAD NOW!!!
Very nice set. It’s quite orriginal compared to most of the sets that borrow tiles from JJ1, and it’s very orriginal.
Unfortunately, very few of the tiles are actually orriginal. The set includes tiles from or that closely mimic (JJ1):
~The glowing walls in tubelectric
~The tubes / pipes and waterfalls from Dreampipes,
~Most of the Crystal ground from Either that one level with the rocket rats, or Chrysallis
~A lot of metal stuff from Orbitus.
~Fans from Fanolith
~Other varies tiles somehow related to Jazz 1….
Don’t get me wrong here, I’m not saying the set is just another jazz 1 set. It’s a set that’s not easy to tell that it has any holds in JJ1 unless you’ve pplayed JJ1 alot and are familiar with the levels.
Very nice setup and tile editation allows for high detail abilities, and the set is not too dificult to make levels with (the crystal ground can be quite tricky)
Nice example level. It shows what can really be done with the set.
I think labrat music would work a lot better than the music included with the set (rocket.xm) which I found quite boring.
Overall, I give it a 8.
Why? IT has all the essential aspects needed for a quality Jazz 2 level, very nice looking. Nice aspects from JJ1.
However, It’s to much of a copy from JJ1 to get a higher rating than 8 (imo)
Good Job Agama! I look forward to seeing more from you.
AWESOME TILESET!!!
That all what i can say.
AWESOME TILESET!!!
Top-notch work by Agama here! This set may look like mixed tiles from Jazz1, but if you look closely, you`ll see that agama drew them him/her/itself:-D.
The level included is also very nicely designed. The tileset has all things necesary to make a nifty level, like tubes, vines, hooks(or somthing), and (ofcourse!)eyecandy. It also has nifty litle elevator thingy. Download this now.[This review has been edited by >CelL<]
Oh, there are already so many reviews ere that I’ve decided to not write an review myself cause there’s no point anyway. :-P
WOW!
This stuff is GREAT!! I wish I could make tilesets like you.
I rate this: 9.5
Good tilesets dont come often but they do with certain people :). Another excelletn one..
A really nice Agama set!
I won’t say that Agama could post a pic of a rock and get a 10, because Agama has real talent. This tileset continues the long string of great tilesets from this legend. In my little blog (for those of you who don’t know what blogs are-be glad you don’t and your life is worth living) I believe Agama’s tilesets are the best of all time.
OMIGOD!!!! I just realized (with a bit of poking around my hard drive) that I already havre this set and a pretty nice level half-done with this set. Look for it soon, and I can tell you, the stuff you can make with this is WOW.
It’s a very nice title set!
It’s so easy to make a level whit this title set! I hope there whill be more agama title sets soon!
scratches his butt
looks around
sniffs
scratches his butt again
hits the keyboard
gives Agama an 8.7
hits Thrifty over the head with a feather for scratching his butt
Anyway, good job yet again.
this is a good tileset.
its have`s many things in the tileset
the example level is good.
cool Agama
This is an cool tileset too
great set, it’s easier to work with it than with Agama’s others, imho. Fantastic, great, awesome remake, you’ll never get something as this again.
For saying it honestly, a Sirius is absolutely on my top10 tileset list, its very cool, and it’s userfriendly.
Well done indeed.
It is clear that Agama puts a lot of work into his tilesets, and Sirius is no exception. Sirius is composed of three tilesets, Dimensions1-3, each with a different colour scheme. They come in blue-gold, pink-light blue, and green-blue flavour my personal favourite is the blue-gold one, the others seem to hurt my eyes). There is also an example level, which illustrates the tileset’s many uses to the full.
Graphics: 9.5/10
In Sirius, you walk along a series of pipes (gold, pink or green) with stars as more solid scenery. The pipes can slope up and down, with tiles for each. These pipes have variations, with kinks and scratches in them. There are also T and + junctions for the pipes, but with the stars as denser scenery there are a lot of junctions and it can be difficult to find what you want. There is an 8×8 parallax background, and some layer 6 and 7 tiles if you put your mind to what you want. There are also pipes to walk through, diamond ‘backgrounds’ (light and dark versions), and more. The one problem is that the stars have gaps in and you can see through them, making it hard to conceal secrets in the walls. However, there are a lot of tiles (about 700!) and they all look beautiful, so graphics get a high mark.
Ease of use: 6/10
I actually found this tileset quite hard to use. Maybe it was because of the number of tiles (there are a lot) but most of the time I couldn’t find the tile I wanted. In most cases it was hidden among a group of similar-looking tiles, in other cases it wasn’t in the tileset at all. For example, there’s a pipe sloping at about 30 degrees to the left, and a similar one with stars underneath it. There isn’t any sloping to the right, and if you flip it the stars are also flipped which looks weird if you’re using non-flipped stars around it. Also, the user is forced to use some layer 5 to achieve some tiles, such as pipes ending in stars. Finally, there are tiles for layers 6 and 7, but they’re hard to find and could just as easily be part of the sprite layer. I use the diamond backgrounds for layer 6 and the blue linking boxes for layer 7. Make the backgrounds semitransparent for some cooler eye-candy (and so they aren’t confused with backgrounds from the sprite layers) On a lighter note, the animations were easy to find and follow and looked great.
Example level: 9/10
Sirius comes with an example level and music, as an example to what it can achieve. The music suits the level, with a space-y theme. The level itself is a single player level, with enemies and some secrets. It is well designed – it uses all the tiles in the tileset to the max. There are some instances where the stars have been flipped, but as there’s no other way around this I’ll let it off. The only other niggle I had with the tileset was near the end there was a big flashing blue thing. This really slowed down Jazz 2, and stars could’ve been better for the job. Also it was quite short, but it’s an example level, who cares?
Overall: 8.5/10
This is a beautiful level – the pipes and stuff are very well done, and the stars are a nice idea. This had great potential, but I found it quite hard to use with some tiles hidden or not there. Download recommendation? Yes. It’s a good tileset, but use it if you fancy a challenge![This review has been edited by Shen]
Its a very cool tileset, and the example level is cool too!
Its sometimes a little hard to use but its a cool tileset
Its a cool tileset

Man what can I say-I like this combination of Tilez.
I wish I could do the tilesets like this!
I like this tileset the best!!!!
so I’m giving U 10!!
-Do more tilesets like this, please:)
THIS LEVEL IS SO COOL!!!!!
ONE OF THE BEST THAT I SAW!
Another master work of Agama.
Now I’ll say something about the titleset wat is realy cool. It uses a palet, with the example level you see all sorts of electronica! The forgroundlayer is also used very well. But now I want to say one thing: The titleset is very difficult to use, in fact all of your titlesets are difficult to use, expample: Swamps of the sleeping jaguar. But when you practice, the level woud be realy nice.
GOOD WORK AGAMA!
COOL COOL COOlll
Good, but you should put more tiles, so this would be easier to handle.
this tileset….it looks like an orbitus(jj1planet..)Anyway this is good tileset.Download recommered!!
I don’t know why but this tileset is not like the other tilesets of Agama.

JUST GREAT!
I don’t know what people are talking about when they say that this is one of Agama’s lesser tilesets. None of her tilesets are anything short of spectacular.
Art Style:
Ticks all the right boxes for me. The shininess of many of the tiles and the crazy palette modifications have won me over many times. Seems loosely based on Orbitus as well. I am pleased to award this a strong 8.9.
Diversity of Tiles:
Such a wide range of scenery to place in a level, with the elaborate pipes already offering a swarm of possibilities just by themselves. Let your imagination run wild, JCS’ers, this one takes a solid 9.4.
Layer Management:
Hm, this might be the weak point of this monster, but that being said, it still smashes weaker tilesets to dust. Many could get away with just layers 3 and 4 forming the main body of the level. I give this a 7.8.
Environment:
What a crazy environment we have here, lavish with detail and eyecandy, although it’s not a good choice for novices. My advice, get some practice first, then make a beeline for it when you’re good enough. Solid 9.5
Result:
Art Style – 8.9
Diversity of Tiles – 9.4
Layer Management – 7.8
Environment – 9.5
Total —> 8.9
Final Rating: 9
