Bubba is one of the few bosses not to be a final endboss in the JJ2 singleplayer campaign (the other ones are the Queen and the SchwartzenGuard). He appears in A Cold Day In Heck, the first Inferno level, and Frog Stomp, the Diamondus level from the shareware version. He has not appeared in Frog Stomp in versions 1.00g and 1.00h, though.
Bubba is a red, small and a rather fat demon. He’s pretty much the opposite of the Bilsy Boss, who is thin and slim. He resembles the Tasmanian Devil (a cartoon character) in some aspects, namely in the tornado spin attack. Also, it’s worth mentioning that he sneezes when he shoots his fireballs at the player. The sneezing sample wasn’t yet implemented in the beta versions 1.00g and 1.00h, though.
Bubba jumps around and shoots horizontally flying fireballs at the player, which cause 2 damage. Occassionally, he will also swirl towards the player in a form of tornado (feature which has not been implemented in the aforementioned beta versions of Jazz2). Bubba’s imperfect collision detection allows him to bump in masked scenery and jump out of the arena.
